Great location, not expensive public underground parking nearby makes it convenient to travel with a child. Our room was clean and spacious, and the water and kettle with coffee and tea selection in the room itself is a very welcoming touch. Breakfast is good, with enough variety, they provide a decent selection of cold cuts and hot dishes, and the service was very good. Spa is nice, and clean (convenient to get there using a separate elevator), the pool itself is a nice size for a hotel, and the gym is compact but has enough equipment for a workout if you need it. The reception service is exceptionally polite and welcoming, will be definitely staying there again.

Location was great, staff polite and facilities clean as expected.

We were charged for premium internet even though we had no recollection of signing up for it. Room on the smaller side especially compared to other 5star hotel we stayed in in the proximity. Limited choices in the restaurant especially for a small child.

We were on holiday with a small child of 1 year and 7 months. Excellent breakfasts. We really liked the pool and jacuzzi. The staff solved all the problems and was always ready to help. Excellent hotel for a family holiday!

I had dinner at the hotel and both my dinners and the breakfast were really nice. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also great because it was easy to walk to the town square etc.

the desk in the room is too low and the chairs too high - I found it really hard to work on my computer and it actually hurt my bag to sit a the desk. It would be great if you could do something about that. When I travel for work I always spend hours working in my room so if the facilities are great that makes a big difference to me

Amazing calm and spacious room, delicious breakfast with large choice of tasty food and drinks, large pool , whirlpool and fitness center

Very loud and annoying music in the dinner room in the early evening before 8 pm. Nespresso Coffee in the room is charged which is ridiculous. Staff told me that pool opened at 9 am but it was open at 7 am.

Overall all great not our first stay.

We were traveling with 80 + YO parents fit for their age , the pool only has a vertical ladder to get in and out . Could be a step ladder or proper steps for easy access also for smaller kids ? ( mum after 2 hip operations and new knee but loves swimming )

Everything was perfect, I had a grin on my face for hours after we checked in because I was so blown away by the room and the bar and the pool. Perfect for our first night away, as we were travelling to different cities.

The sauna and swimming pool are not overcrowded. The rooms are comfortable and pretty. Good parking if you come by car (20 zl/day)

Restaurant offers delicious food, however, the waiting times are ridiculous. 1 visit: it took more than 1 h to get food. 2 visit: 1.5 h to deliver soup, 2 h - main dish 3 visit: after giving the menu, the waiter didn't come for more than 20 min. Had to leave and find another restaurant.
