The location was perfect for a good walk to many attractions. Very close to the main street. The area was very quiet, and the breakfast had a very good selection with local cheeses and fresh cakes. The place was clean.

I would strongly avoid booking on the third floor, especially if you are tall. There are very low ceilings. The view from the balcony is not exceptional, so not worth the extra stairs.

We chose this accommodation for the second time and again it did not disappoint. The location is great, close to the centre, the station of the funicular to Gubałówka, the BUS-stop. In the vicinity without problems basic amenities, groceries, drugstore.... Staff was communicative, helpful, kind. The apartment was big enough for five, with two toilets, clean, pleasant, kitchen facilities great, bed a bit soft - suits some, not others. :-) The price includes the possibility to use a small salt cave, Finnish and infrared sauna. For breakfast great choice and tasty food, also for lactose intolerants. :-P I recommend!

The breakfast was amazing. Traditional cuisine with classic European variety. The coffee was a bit bitter but not a big deal. The staff were very helpful and kind. The apartment is big and convenient

Some machines didn't work in the gym. The price is a bit high, but I guess it's because of the location and the season. I couldn't connect my phone to the TV in order to watch netflix, and the channels on the tv are only in polish.

A lovely apartment hotel. Great apartment, spacious, well equipped and clean. Excellent location, short walking distance from the main street and the cable car. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Due to a big flight delay, we had to give up the first night and only had one night in the hotel. We had to pay for two nights anyway, but that is understandable and we have no complaint against the hotel. In addition, it would have been good if there was also gluten-free bread and cornflakes at breakfast.

Everything was very good, very clean, comfortable, and positive. The price for staying was good and valued. The location of the aparthotel is an excellent, quiet and clean area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was various , delicious and local which we expected. The sauna was amazing and clean. We will definitely come back again.

The mattress cover was very crackling in the bedroom, on the double bed, and was very weird on the night.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Spa facilities were lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly. Location was good. As requested we were given the first floor apartment due to having a family member with mobility issues. Apartment was big enough for us all to stay.

No air con which for us was an issue they did have heating but no cooling system. The shower in the apartment was a bit of a nightmare due to it sliding down and having to hold it. Not much storage space in the big bedroom overall a great stay.

Overall location is great. Apartments are within a short walk of Krupowki Street and the ski lift that goes to the top of Gubalowka. We were able to park our car in front of the unit, and not use it the entire time we were there. Apartments are set far enough off the road, that traffic sounds are not an issue. Unit was large and very clean. Extensive breakfast buffet selection.

There were a lot of families with small children here. Since we were on the ground floor, and were not travelling with children, it was very loud with kids using their outdoor voices late into the evenings. Breakfast time was packed every day with quite a bit of commotion. If you are traveling with small children though, this would definitely be a great place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety—quiet and attractive accommodation. Good parking with a secluded feel and close to town.

We couldn't find fault anywhere really, except for maybe the beds.... lovely and clean bedding and well presented, just a little on the stiff side for us and my parents. If you like a firm bed... you're in luck!

Fine apartment, plenty of space, all amenities. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Very close to town centre and train/cable cars to mountain top.

No lifts, we were on third floor and carrying big bags up three flights of stairs wasn’t easy. A lot of money was spent on these apartments and the grounds which are very nice, so can’t understand why lifts weren’t included.

We had a great time, we were in a ground floor apartment overlooking the forest, which was spacious enough, well equipped, clean, quiet, perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff was very kind and friendly, check-in and check-out was quick. Parking, which is important to us, was also perfect, with ample parking spaces. The location of the hotel is also ideal, everything can be reached on foot with a short walk, the Gubałówka cable car, the Zakopane market, the pedestrian street (Krupówki) with very good restaurants. For us, the breakfast offer was also adequate and plentiful and delicious, we tasted many things that we don't usually eat at home. And Zakopane is very captivating and atmospheric, and the Tatras are fantastic, we will definitely come back, because there are so many attractions waiting to be discovered, and we will stay here again next time, and we thank you for everything.
