Beautiful as it’s in the pictures! Villa is really very well designed: nice furniture everywhere , balcony railings is a piece of art, modern bathroom, well kept surroundings. Our bathroom had a window , we liked that . Very friendly staff. They let us keep our car in their parking earlier before our check-in and also after our chech-out hours. Parking space is big. SPA is cozy, small and only booked for You for an hour- we loved that. We got a little sweet present on the check- out day . On the other side of the street there is a huge hotel (if You need a restaurant) and also there is a public pool. Event though pool was super crowded, it is cheap and two min away from the villa , so worth visiting . Also , there is an open cable car next to that public pool with an access to a marvelous Szymaszkowa hill. The views are absolutely amazing , there are plenty of restaurants and smth kind of a bazaar there - so very worth visiting .

Villa is super wow for staying if You will get a room with a mountain view . If not , the impression is not something exceptional. We got the room facing constructions . So with this view it was little dissapointing and also really quite dark. Breakfast quite average . But the view from the breakfast room is amazing . Also , there could be some outside furniture next to a dining room on summer time . It would be awesome to have a cup of coffee outside with a mountain view . No places to sit outside at all .

Lovely place with the most kind staff. The villa is well located, 10-15min walk to the main Zakopane street,l / Krupówki, and a quick drive to any car parks for mountain hikes. The property is gated but you get your own key and code for the doors. The views are also stunning, especially from the breakfast room. We mostly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and their delicious coffee for our breakfast, but there are other options available. Definitely would recommend!

It was very clean. Plenty of parking space and nice view from the room. Breakfast was great as well. Staff is also nice.

We had the room with balcony and the bad shares the wall with the other rooms bed location. On our first night from the neighbor room, a guy was snoring insanely loud and its good we had prepared earplugs so we could sleep. Overall the sounds even from above come through. Soundproofing is not great. But this depends on who is staying. Still giving 10/10 overall.

Great location and very friendly receptionist who helped us pick the top attractions. The villa itself has a character and its very close to the vibrant city centre. Great option for a little jacuzzi and sauna evenings after long day out. towels and water are provided which is great :) Also amazing view during breakfast, very quiet and lovely place. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that we were picky about was the way breakfast was served. We are both vegetarian and we would assume that eggs are vegetarian as there were no labels we didn't realise that the eggs were friend on a bacon which is an issue for us. I would suggest making labels for people with dietary restrictions to avoid confusion. nevertheless, the breakfast was tasty :)

Beatiful and cosy rooms with great view, and very friendly staff. The location is also extremely convenient as there is a ski lift right across the street.

Though the breakfast was generally fantastic, with lots of tasty options, the buns and brioches dried out quickly and some of them were rock solid.

Comfortable bed. Clean linen. Good breakfast. Good location. Stuff very helpful. Nice SPA area.

At the arrival minibar fridge wasn’t able to cool down the goods. It’s inside the closet and gets overheated. Only solution is to keep the closet door open then the fridge not gonna overheat.

Property is in walking distance to Zakopane, modern with regional decorative accents, clean and stuff is very nice, flexible and supportive. Very well equipped spa area, you need to book 1h slot but this is like have private spa only for you. I can only recommend to stay at this place.

Noisy next door person who decided to have phone call on balcony at 12pm at night, not a property fault for sure, and this can happen to any property regardless of their effort.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The beakfasts we've had were delicious. Also, the souna is well equipped and neat. Overall, we had a great time there and we warmly recommend staying at this accomodation.

This accomodation was really nice, good location near to main road, cca 20 minutes walk to city center, very good breakfast, small but nice wellness - we really liked privacy, in rooms they offer coffee, tea and water for free, we also got some bathrobes View was amazing!

Rooms are quite small, there was not too much space for our things, also I missed a bin - there was just one in the bathroom But everything else was great 🙂

This is a wonderfully charming place! The breakfast was ample and the use of the spa was a perfect way to end our day. Hotel staff is extremely accommodating and helped immensely when organizing a taxi to take us to Chocolowski on a rainy day. Next time in Zakopane, this will be our go-to lodging!
