It was my fifth stay in Zakopane, but the first time in this hotel. Of all the hotels, Nosalowy Park was probably the best. It was in a pleasant and quiet area, just a short walk from the city center. The room was big enough for 2 nights, it had a terrace and large french windows, I liked the bathroom which also had a large window overlooking the park. We stayed in the hotel with our dog, the staff prepared a toy, a treat, a water bowl and a leaflet with tips for walking the dog, which was really nice. There was some nice little gift for us as well, handmade chocolates. Parking is for a fee, but I think it's a normal thing in Zakopane. At least we had a view of the car from our terrace and the parking lot offered enough parking spaces. The wellness part was very nice in terms of design. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, the selection was huge, gluten-free bread was also available, I was surprised by the huge selection of cakes, they were very tasty as well. The staff was always kind and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back again 😊

As a minus, I have to mention that the heater in our bathroom did not work, even though it was set to the highest temperature. So when we went to the wellness twice in one day, I had to wear a wet swimsuit and a bathrobe and I was cold. We were a bit bothered by the colder water in the pool and I think the light was too bright for this area, I would have chosen some more intimate lighting. The wellness area was accessed by elevator through the reception and past the bar, so it was a bit strange walking by in bathrobes, but nothing can be done about that.

Not the hotel's fault, but note that if you drive an electric car, you will be charged a huge fee for every hour you leave it attached to the charger when the battery is full. We had to pay a 50 euro fee on top of our regular charging fee because we left our car on the charger overnight (we should have gotten up in the middle of the night to move our car to avoid the fee...). This is not custom in NL, Germany, France, Austria etc. Just something to be aware of in Poland in general.

threats that if you smokes in the balcony you will be charged a fee of 800 zloty...if someone take a shower the bathroom light lit the whole room which is uncomfortable in the morning if your partner is still asleep, also light in the bathroom is not good enough for applying makeup, and the light in the mirror didn't work... ..

Stay at hotel Nosalowy park was really very nice. Even the area of hotel looks classy. Room was very nice and clean, bed was comfy and bathroom also very clean and roomy. The breakfast exceeds our expectation, also the service of hotel staff. Hotel is near by city center (aprox. 5 min walk). Also the wellness was classy and clean.

As a hotel guest you have to pay for parking inside of hotel area, but it is not downside in fact and it's not expensive.

Saunas have “no swimming suites” rule, which is not followed and not enforced. Either remove it or control. To facilitate it, tinted sauna windows might work - there is too much light. Paid parking for guests seems excessive - I would be pleased if it is included, even with increased price.

Property is well taken care of, very good style overall. Clean room with generous size, nice facilities. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service is fast and polite. The staff speaks English fluently. Breakfast was great. Loved the underground parking garage, so convenient. Great value for money, recommended.

The main pool was cold for wellness use. I think the water temperature should not go below 30C in such a facility. Towels could have been bigger.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from centre of Zakopane. The breakfast was tasty and generous, with plenty of choice, rooms clean and well maintained. Wellness, although smaller, was clean and comfortable to use. I liked spacious bathrooms, quality of cosmetics and equipment.

Lots of kids in the spa section, it would be good to have a separate adult and kids-friendly parts, but this is just a minor point. When coming before breakfast/during lunch the spa is pretty empty. Parking in the hotel is relatively expensive.

It was our second time in that hotel. Excellent that the hotel is pet-friendly & our labrador lived with us. As well we were going to the breakfasts with him sitting outside, which as well is big benefit that we can be with him almost everywhere. Separately I would like to emphasize a great barmen Stanislav, who made my b-day with positive end. He is truly client oriented and cheerful. Our child was happy by little surprise done by Stanislav! Lady in service desk was as well very friendly & gave good advices.

1. One day they completely forgot to give us towels, but took from room previous ones (it was technical issue with provider) 2. Service in hotel restaurant MUST be improved. Though food was tasty

Quiet location, big room and nice facilities. The bartender was really nice and gave us some good cocktails. The bedroom was big, also the bed was big and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay. We also enjoyed the free sauna and swimming pool.

At our last night we had diner at the restaurant of the hotel. The young girls didn't know a lot about wine to give a good advice. Also the avocado in the salad was really hard, not good. It's better to leave it out next time. Suggestion to the hotel: make a choice if the sauna area is with or without swimming clothes. Now there is a sign with a suggestion to be nude, but it is really uncomfortable when you are nude and other people with swimming clothes on are joining.
