Situated in the centre, literally 30 seconds from Krupowki. Close to all the shops and restaurant. Room is pretty big, with amazing shower. Easy car park in front of the Hotel, which is a luxury in Zakopane high-season. I would come back here everytime.

Only complain is about the TV. I couldn't make it work in any way. Not an important matter as we only stayed for one night. Breakfast is a bit expensive, so that's why we didn't have it in the Hotel. Ventilation in the bathroom brought a little bit of bad smell at some point, specially with closed door. The rest of the room instead was very scented.

The hotel is centrally located and on our visit the town was full of road works and diversions, so getting there was not easy. On our arrival at 14.50,we were quite bluntly told that check in was at 15.00. Not the best first impression. Everything else was fine. The room was a good size with a balcony over looking the town. The location is great.

I can see at busy times parking could be an issue, we got a space in front of the hotel, so no problems.

Everything. Free parking in a gate, clean room. Lot of space in a room. Free wifi.

Some additional fee for change temperature which was not mentioned in booking. But only in cash, I said that I want pay by card or they can take from my booking card and suddenly no additional charges... Soap in bathroom was not refilled it was not enough.

I really appreciate the staff. The recieptionists have done their best to make us feel comfortable, always willing to help. The hotel offers very rich breakfast, the only disadvantage was a small room for the breakfast. As many hotel guests met there at the same time it got a bit crowded. But in general it was really super nice.

*Excellent communication. Host communicated with us with details regarding check-in after-hours in case we didn't make it in time(which we didn't) *Breakfast was delicious. Very curtious and friendly woman who served and cleaned everything. *Receptionist was very helpful, professional, and willing to assist with anything needed. *Location was beyond exceptional. The sound of a running stream was soothing.

The friendly staff and the fact that the property is very clean .. it is located in the centre of Zakopane just round the corner from the main street... Breakfast is very good too and the room is huge for a triple room.

There is no lift in the hotel and we had to take all the luggage 2 storeys up.

We liked the spacious apartment very much! It was a little dark as it was on the ground floor, but it's only for a few days, so it's fine. On the plus side, it was directly accessible from the car park, so I could literally shove our suitcases into the boot! :) We'll definitely go for this apartment next time we're in Zakopane!

There was no microwave oven for some reason...

I've been in this hotel earlier so I know what to expect. Very good location, next to the main street so everything is in walk distance. Hotel is nice, very good breakfast, it has it own parking lot. Room is nice and clean.

The room needs to renovate a little bit but overall it's good.

Very good location, next to the main pedestrian street. Guaranteed parking, good breakfast, nice staff. Spaciouse room.

No A/C, old equipment, bad smell from kitchen. Neighborhood of garbage containers.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us car parking also before check-in hour so we could start our program in the city center right after arrival. This willa has great location directly in the city center. At the same time, the night was calm and our sleep was not disturbed.
