Very neat, new and well-equipped little hotel away from the crowd in Zakopane. The service cannot be praised enough. We had a serious problem with our car while being there and the lady at the reception went out of her way to help us, calling many different places and repair workshops until she managed to find one that could actually help us (their service was excellent and they managed to get us back on track within 2 days!). She even provided a package with refreshments when we had to leave earlier than planned to get to Kraków to have the car repaired. She essentially saved our holidays! Thank you so much again! Also, the breakfast is great, wide choice, very tasty, friendly staff preparing scrambled eggs according to your liking. Last but not least, the little indoor pool is the perfect place for relaxation after a long day of walking in the mountains.

Lovely breakfast, cooked sausages and egg as required, fresh and hot. Large selection of foods, all very tasty. Me and my partner were both very satisfied. Seating area was small, some people had to wait as all seats were full, however we did not have to wait our whole stay so it’s worth getting down there early. The spa area was really great, never busy, so felt very private and facilities were amazing. The staff were super nice and helpful.

There was works just outside the building, however this could not be helped, lots of noise carried throughout the building, not very good if you wanted to get a good sleep. The walls are very thin so we could hear our next door neighbours a lot, however was not an issue for us as we didn’t spend lots of time there.

I had a wonderful exoerience at the hotel. The hotel is nice and cozy with modern design Every staff member starting with Mr.Kuba and the ladies who made the best breakfasts ever were delightful and eager to help also with their recommendations about the way, the best restaurants etc. They all go above to make Your stay comfortable. I think if they could give us more snow in that time during our stay , they would do it :) And one more time about Breakfasts The best of the best Other hotels should learn from them. Tasty, variety and fresh Scrambled Eggs - few types freshly made. Sausages, salads, and even few types of cakes and desserts. Coffee in lobby 24h and really tasty. Nice staff, amazing breakfast and coffee, comfy bed and cozy room, 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Location is really good as the hotel is on the quite street + not far away from city center + there are restaurants and shops nearby. There are a few USB charging ports and a traditional socket on both sides of the bed which is great.

The only small minuses are that you have to walk across the room after you use the toilet to wash your hands and the bathroom window doesn't open.

I would like to start with Marta and the gentleman who works, both at the reception, Two special people, with professionalism in what they do, very communicative, and very helpful in all information about the hotel and about Zakopane. They are two very kind people, who from the first minute, were very kind to us, and very open in all information. We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful hotel.Everything is very clean and modern, the room is spacious equipped with everything necessary.The room is very well heated, the bathroom is spacious and very very clean. The hotel is new, with a view of the forest and the traditional wooden houses, a 7-minute walk to the center. It has a beautiful and spacious reception, with 24/24 coffee, a smoking area outside with armchairs, a swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, all open until 21:00, very clean, and spacious. Breakfast is a buffet, very well diversified, tasty and fresh. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and especially the staff, we will definitely come back. The hotel looks great, nicely finished, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is the one thing that threw me off. The hotel is sitting between two car garage lots. The view from the window is terrible. I only liked it if I was sitting on the sofa and looking up so I did not see what is below. The parking lot of the hotel also could be more accessible, it was hard to get in or out and not enough space to manoeuvre. Overall because of the location I can not recommend it. If it was in a different place it would be a great hotel and I would give 5 stars, but in my opinion is well overpriced. It was my fault that I did not checked the location before booking the stay, I have learned the hard way.

I stayed there with my sister and we really enjoyed the time. We were allowed to check in earlier (which was so convenient for us), the staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast exceeded our expectations, very big choice.

The only minus was that our windows overlooked the construction site and it was very loud in the morning, but it is not the hotel's fault.

Although the space in the room is all open, it felt very cozy. Room was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The room and its furnishings were matched in very pleasant colours, which always had a calming effect on us after a busy day. We also really liked the organisation of this accommodation as we didn't need reception for almost anything. We could check in by ourselves, visit the pool and the sauna in the allotted time. It was also great that there was always a very good selection of meals for breakfast and if you don't fancy anything on offer, you have a choice of two hot fresh meals prepared by the lovely hotel staff.

There was only one thing in the hotel that we didn't like so much and that was the thin walls, through which you could hear quite a lot. However, if you don't require absolute silence, it's no hindrance and you get used to it very quickly

Good location of the Hotel in quiet place not far from the centre. Room was clean and tidy as well as the whole Hotel in general. Enjoyed good breakfast each morning. Personal gratitude to the Manager Mr.Kuba for his hospitality, care and attitude to his job.

Personal remark about parking. Believe it should be cleaned from snow and ice if it is charging to the clients.

It was a great breakfast, a cozy room, and a swimming pool! There are interesting fitness rooms and billiards in the reception. The room has TV, Wi-fi, it's clean and cozy. We enjoyed the rest there.

The shower cabin was transparent. It's not comfortable for the family.
