Perfect location for people looking to ski in the region. The hotel is located 5min walk from the closest ski slope and 10min with a bus from another really good one, both beginner-friendly for who is just starting to ski. Really nice breakfast. All hotel clerk were very polite and they also helped me get a taxi when I needed to return my rented out ski equipment. The heater was really good and kept the room warm during the entire stay.

The shower box door doesn't lock tight so you need to pay attention so that water doesn't flow out of the box. Definitely not a deal breaker given the excellent location.

Villa is amazing: cameral, cosy, everything is new and wooden. Our room was probably the biggest on Villa so I cannot say about other, but it had great size, comfy bed, sofa, 2 balconies with amazing view on Nosal mountain. Very tasty breakfast and ladies from kitchen are very friendly. Location is perfect too - 30 min walk from city center and from Kuznicy. The same time not so hectic area. Enough place for parking. We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely recommend Villa.

A bit loud from corridor especially that there were quite a lot of children, but from our room it was not so bad. No room cleaning but it was ok for our 4 nights stay. Gate to parking area was always opened which did not give some feeling of security. Just for improvement - hangers can be added a little bit higher as my coat didn't fit nor to wardrobe neither on hanger :-)

Modern and freshly renovated, the room is clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, the villa is located in a great place to start hiking.

The only thing, that a bit disappointed, that pictures on Booking do not match the actual room. So, we expected a bit different room - bright and sunny. In the fact, there was not enough daylight due to the trees in the garden.

The room was nice and clean, light and modern in design. It has a small fridge, a small one-door wardrobe, a kettle. We had breakfasts included and I have to admit they were amazing!!!

The glass shower cubicle is a curious invention, but only for a day or two) Patio is not private or even fenced, it is a part of backyard. It is not drawback, but if you would like more privacy, opt for the option with the balcony

Cosy hotel in beautiful Zakopane. The views were breathtaking, the receptionist was sweet and helpful. I recommend you book a room with balcony and mountain view, you will not be disappointed. Slightly out of the central area, but we already knew about that and it was made very clear when booking that it is not close to the centre, it was only a 30 minute walk to Krupowki and about 8 minute drive by (very cheap) taxi. That being said, it is very close to the skiing resort 2-5 minute walk.

if i have to mention one thing, it would have to be that the central heating was very warm at times. Even if we switched it off, it was sometimes too warm in the room

Nice parking lot with automatic gates with PIN. Breakfast was amazing, staff is very nice and not speaking English much wasn't an issue at all. I enjoyed that we arrived later but were able to fully enter premises electronically and go to our room. Very cozy estate.

Would love to have more frequent room service, AC would be nice and somewhere to dry clothes, as we were there in rainy days and in the summer heating is off everywhere in the room.

The room may not be spacious, but it is well-equipped with quality amenities. The wooden structure creates a comfortable ambiance. The breakfast area provides a lovely view of the surroundings and allows ample sunlight. The receptionist was also very helpful and her recommendations for restaurants and walking trails were highly enjoyable.

I liked everything very much. The rooms are nice and tidy. There was a kettle and tea in the room - very handy) Very nice, soft bedding. The bathroom has everything you need: hairdryer, towels, soap and shower gel. The view is not directly towards the mountains, but also very good! Separately, we were very pleased with the staff! Polite, cultured, pleasant and helpful receptionists (boy and girl) and staff in the kitchen. We are always happy to help, give advice with a smile. It is very accommodating and gives the desired relaxation. There are also good breakfasts for every taste.

Amazing hotel with fresh, stylish facilities and wonderful view. Rooms contains all needed things for stay, location is great to reach all main Tatra attractions by foot/public transport. Staff is charming and breakfast are great with high variety, I can definitely recommend this place to stay

Nice and cozy place. Quiet hours which is great feature. Great breakfasts and polite staff. Very good location. Our room with terrace was not very private, but has a great view on forests and mountain.
