Location was the main advantage for us. Possibly closest hotel (walking distance) to Kuznice. We have been able to ski back right down to the hotel door. Good breakfast, comfy beds, well sized rooms, from my previous experience with hotels the TV was bigger size than average and had Netflix installed :), hot enough showers, lifeguard attended swimming pool and saunas (wet and dry), ski room with boot dryer (big+).

Drain in shower was releasing sewage smell. Informed reception, they sent someone immediately, but the person concluded that everything is ok. Well it wasn't. Bad smell continued. Told the reception again, was assured someone will attend but didn't. Solved this myself by running water slowly into the gully 24/7 :(. Sort it Murowanica! Room 311.

Location near trail and walking distance to the city centre. Nice clean apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Generally great for the price.

Double Bed - made of two single beds means you fall into a hole in the middle of the night when you're rolling during sleep. Tea glasses ! Somehow someone had an idea that glasses with holders with no holes would be comfortable for use.

Great location if you want to go hiking up to the mountains, sauna/wellness nice at the end of the day. Recommend the apartment with kitchen and you can make your own meals. Staff is kind

Breakfast is correct but not that great + it is in an underground room, bit depressing (we took it only once)

This was my 2nd time staying and although the room was much much smaller, it was still very nicely laid out and the kitchen proved to be very useful during our stay.

The hair dryer in the bathrooms is very very bad and the bathroom floor heater wasn't working, nor was the radiator so we couldn't use it to dry our towels or swimsuits. Didn't like the two single beds put together to form one bed as the crack between the mattresses was very uncomfortable.

Nice swimming pool with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Windows to a mountain stream and forest.

Breakfast doesn't cost it money. The location is controversial. On the one hand, this is the closest hotel to the Tatra Park. On the other hand, it is quite far from the city center. Choose wisely

Excellent location, as close to the cable car as you can get and we were able to leave our car there after checking out to spend a day in the mountains. Super comfortable room, great facilities, comfy bed, excellent shower, cosy bathrobes and friendly staff. Didn’t use the pool but cool it was an option! We were only sad there wasn’t availability to extend our stay for longer, as the price is definitely worth it!

Very helpful and friendly staff, from receptionist to swimming pool guard, simply everyone in the hotel was very nice. Of course, ladies in the restaurants during breakfast too. Nice and clean swimming pool, saunas. Place to relax after skiing every day. Breakfast - we had very good choice of everything, being there earlier morning (due to skiing) also almost empty restaurant. Parking for the car in the hotel garage - perfect, lot of space. Taxi or bus to Kuznice (way to Kasprowy wierch) right in front of the hotel. City centre, restaurants, everything in walking distance.

Nothing really to complain with. Maybe skiroom might be using the same key (card) as hotel room, but it's small technical detail, there is always someone on reception, ready to help and serve.

I`ve reserved a studio room and was upgraded to suit - that was super nice. On top of that I have made a separate reservation for another day (also the studio) and I was upgraded again and let to keep the same room - fantastic pro-customer approach

I liked everything

very nice breakfast and we could choose between going to hotel restaurant or have room service. Swimming pool was great though could be open in the morning as well - that would be very nice. And staff was extremely polite and helpfull
