It’s a beautiful property, nice room, lovely pool, super quiet, nice staff, etc

Minor things Not sure about the laptop version, but the mobile version of the hotel site offers versions in Portuguese and English. When you click on English, it just refreshes the page but provides no information in English. It’d be nice to have a guide in the room for room service and restaurant menus. I was confused as to what the restaurant served when, so chose not to eat there. The tv seemed to have no purpose. You couldn’t call up any channels or connect anything. How about adding Bluetooth so guests can stream apps? Otherwise, I’llbe back.

Very nice clean property. Close to many restaurants and shops. You can walk to the beach (uphill to return). The pool area looked nice, we didn’t use it. The room has a comfy king size bed a closet and a long counter. There is a small balcony with 2 chairs. The bathroom is a nice size, very modern. They provide bathrobes and slippers. The hotel has a modern look. The breakfast is fabulous, many choices of hot and cold items, including some bubbly if you are so inclined. They have many coffee machines with all the bells and whistles. We dined twice at the hotel. Delicious meal and great service, a very good value. The front desk staff is amazing, very helpful!

The bathtub is slippery, beware!

We have stayed at this hotel on 3 previous occasions, the cleanliness is exceptional and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, although the same most days still good. The location of the hotel is great 5 mins walk to good restaurants and bars with a supermarket with a 5 min walk as well. The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel however the beach is only 10 /15mins walk which also has several bars and restaurants

This time we stayed in a room on the 3rd floor facing the road but it appeared that this was a meeting point for a few large groups and coaches, jeeps etc picked them up in the mornings and dropped them back on one occasion in the early hours of the morning, when the noise was awful with people screaming and shouting which disturbed us several mornings which probably is not the fault of the hotel but when you look forward to a chilled out break it was difficult and would probably make us think twice about staying this hotel which we have always loved.

The location. The room was clean and I liked the fact that each bed had its own blanket. The pool was also good.

The people can be short and abrupt. When we ask why the bottled water was not replenished, yelling “NO” is not good customer service. Apparently you only get one small bottle per visit.

Lovely clean and tidy

One particular member of staff was above and beyond. Some of the ladies that waited on at breakfast were rude and miserable

The hotel is nice and modern. The room small, but cute. The bathroom has a bath, which is nice. The breakfast is very abundant. It's close to the beach. The rooms are quiet. They put a little welcome cake in the room, super sweet.

They used to have a dinner buffet. Now you could choose from 3 different starters, mains and dessert. To be honest... the only thing nice was the dessert. They even brought us something extra, which was really nice. But the food was plain, too dry and not so special. Even though there is a bathtub... there is so much chlorine in the water, that it was hard to even want to stay in the bathtub.

Good location off the noisy Netherland-English-Ballermann-Youth-Culture but close to several beaches and near the waters; exceptional friendly and helpful staff at reception, in restaurant and housecleaning, recently renovated, luxurios stay, breakfast was just lovely with all you could want, on request we got a room way up with a stunnig view onto the sea, should we return to the Algarve, this will be our address!! @ Hotel-team: Thanks for your kind hospitality with greetings from Germany.

Great location in close proximity to bars and restaurants and a decent walk or short taxi/bus journey to the old town. The staff were all really nice and went above and beyond bringing a birthday cake and bottle of fizz to the room for my husbands birthday. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. Fresh fruit, bread and Pastries, yogurts, granola and cereal along with lots of cooked breakfast options. Evening entertainment was really good with different singers. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely with a great view and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again next year. Brilliant hotel.

The Hotel was a haven of peace and calm. Every single member of staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. The attention to detail was outstanding. The choices of food at breakfast were plentiful and the fruit was prepared and presented beautifully! The hotel and rooms were immaculate and spotlessly clean. Quite a small balcony but this didn’t pose any issues. What amazed us were the VERY reasonable drink prices, very refreshing as most hotels charge ridiculous prices for drinks.

Only criticism we have would be the need for more umberellas to put on the grass area with the sunbeds. This would stop people going down at the crack of dawn and putting towels on the beds that do have umberellas around the edge of the pool area. The hotel do state that reserving sunbeds is not permitted however this is not policed.

We stayed for ten nights 24/06-4/07 Green ethos from the hotel was very refreshing. Loved the option to not have your room cleaned. The rooms are small but very comfortable and I couldn't hear my neighbours! We had a gorgeous view of the park and the sea. Staff were great to deal with when anything was needed. The pool area was gorgeous. Lovely and chilled when we arrived. The bar area does great cocktails. The hotel surprised my partner on his birthday which was very cute! The food options are there but to be honest there are so many amazing places to get breakfast and dinner close by that we only had food at the hotel the day we arrived and left. I availed of the spa facilities I was very impressed. Staff are extremely professional and wonderful at their job. Super massage! The beach is a five minute walk away and absolutely stunning. Loved how close you are to the strip and then the old town is a ten min journey in a tuk tuk.

The balcony is very small for the very big table and two chairs. Then there's no drying area for your towels ect. A drop down towel rack on the wall would be a great addition. I've only one complaint. It's that the pool area changed dramatically on our last few days. It had been very chilled with mainly couples. No fighting over beds. Ambient music played over speakers. Lovely. Then more gangs of younger people started to arrive. They were drinking and vaping in the pool and playing their own music from speakers. Very rude and obnoxious behaviour. This is definitely not an 18-30s hotel. It's better suited for couples who want to chill away from the madness of the strip and old town!
