The staff were fantastic! They anticipated our every need and were pleasant and helpful. The location was great! Close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet was lavish and delicious. Again the staff were great! The view from the balcony was fantastic and the balcony was huge! The room was spacious and comfortable! I have to give props to the staff again. My sister had an accident and broke her foot at a different accommodation in town, that had no elevator and she was on the second floor. Within minutes of asking if the Boa Vista could accommodate her, she was moved into a room that was perfect for her needs. They even offered her crutches! We would definitely recommend staying here any time.

It was in a great location , less than 10 mins walk to the shops & restaurants..The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous with a great variety of hot & cold foods..The pool area was lovely and it had a spa. We both had treatments which were very good value. I would certainly go back

It was slightly dated, but quaint with character. The room needed a tea & coffee making facility, and perhaps an iron, however the staff did find us a kettle 😊. The pool beds need to be updated.

Absolutely fabulous stay, staff were superb as alway's 10/10. Great buffet style breakfast with lot's of variety to cater for everyone's need's and taste's Stayed in one of the penthouse suites this time, beautiful suite with a wrap around balcony.with probably one of the most truly stunning views of Albufeira's beach and coastline,truly breathtaking.

The only thing is the late check in time of 16:00 as we arrived at 10am but staff looked after us. We were given a room to change and look after our luggage safely so we could go out and about. The staff contacted us to tell us that rooms were ready earlier than scheduled so it was perfect

The hotel was clean, staff were very polite and helpful and welcoming from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, the room was beautiful and the views were amazing from our balcony. The breakfast menu was very nice and provided a range of food options to cater for all. We looked forward to this each morning as was able to relax by the pool afterwards.

The only negative I would give this hotel is the evening dinner menu as they have a 3 course for €25 per person but the selection wasn’t the best. The Sun loungers could also do with being replaced as many were worn out. Apart from that we absolutely loved it and plan to revisit for another holiday! If you struggle to walk up steep areas or for long periods then you would need to get an extremely short taxi to and from the beach area.

Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Allowed an early checkin and room was spacious with an amazing view and a balcony. Bathroom was fabulous, modern with dual sinks, a spacious shower and a nice bath. Lovely decor in the lobby.

The aircon wasn’t great and didn’t smell great. Was a bit of a walk away and up hills from the town centre. Gym was just a few yoga mats and very light dumbbells so if you’re looking for a decent gym this isn’t the place for you. Pool wasn’t overly clean.

We were celebrating our 40 th wedding anniversary they upgraded our room for free and gave us a bottle of free champagne and made the bed in hearts and petals .. The breakfast was outstanding the pool area and views of the sea was amazing .. The hotel is of Portuguese decor which us refreshing it gives a homely friendly atmosphere ..Most of the staff have worked at the hotel for over 20 yrs you could tell they loved there job !! The entertainment the piano guy was fantastic . If it’s a relaxed hotel you want this is a must !!

Location near the beach and old town was amazing. Bedroom was always kept very clean and very spacious. Staff were all very polite and helpful also. Swimming pool and leisure areas were a highlight!

Bad smell in the bathroom on the room, potentially due to the water

The view was outstanding .. Room 510 The room was in need of some touch up but was otherwise limited by the view which is really what you are paying for. Staff were brilliant, very helpful and pleasant..Breakfast was satisfactory... Bath room had a bath with shower and very clean

There's a couple of things that where disappointing 1. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room 2. I would not recommend dinner.. its a preset menu with 2 options on each 3 course meal selection for €50 Soup was semi cold .. wife got chicken which was a leg with some salad and potatoes... I got the fish ..worse meal and the most expensive I strongly recommend eating out .... Location was central between old town and Marine Not many people about if walking home after dark.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, The pool area was clean and there was always a lounger available.

Our room was a little dated and could do with a few improvements. Around the pool area there was a drain with no cover on it which could cause an accident Also the restaurant while open was understaffed and very slow service Tea making facilities and a hair dryer in the rooms are essentials
