The location of the property was in a quiet area with lovely views above the old town. It was in a great location as it was only a few minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes from the centre of the old town. The staff were amazing. Cassia was very welcoming and helpful before and when I checked in. I spoke with Nazare on most days and she is really friendly and made guests feel so comfortable and welcome. She was very professional and is a real asset to the hotel. I never met the cleaning team but they did a great job in keeping the rooms very tidy, every day. The rooms were spacious and great value for money. I would definitely come back again and had a great time visiting Albufeira and the Algarve for the first time. Well done and thank you to all the staff at the hotel for being superb at looking after the guests so well :)

The location to the marvellous and atmospheric old town and the beautiful golden sandy beaches with the lovely clean blue relaxing and calming Atlantic ocean. The staff were very polite and requested taxies for me whenever I needed one.

Room 203. The bath needed to be cleaned more or replaced with a new one. No light fittings to the ceiling only on the walls which I had to walk around the room with the door open at night to let light in to see the wall light switches. Not enough power sockets, none near my bed so had to unplug the TV to charge my mobile phone.

Was a nice big place, not too far from old town and got a nice view of the ocean. Staff on the front desk were lovely.

Unfortunately there wasn’t much ceiling/floor insulation and one of the nights there was a lady above us just casually walking around in high heels at midnight for about half an hour on tiled floors which was a pit of a nuisance cause it was super loud not really the hotels fault though.

The reception's ladies are awesome!!! 😎👍🏻 One of the best servise in my entire traveling history. Taking care of everything, warm hearted profesional people. Arrived earlier, before check in hours, so I could leave the luggage. The reception lady took an incredible good photo of me in front of panoramic view. In the evening she made me tea. ♥️ Thank you so much! Highly recommend. No stress at all. The room was also really comfortable. 👌

great, quiet location. No noise from other guests, however we were on the top floor at the left side. It is a quiet location, uphill from the old town. 5-10 min walk downhill. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

No air conditioning!!!! such a shame. So hot in room with just one very noisy portable fan and one reasonably quiet portable standing fan. No ventilation in bathroom. so, very humid and warm. Breakfast was being cleared away while we ate and there was still 30 minutes of service left, so no seconds for us!!!

Steep climb to the hotel but there was advanced information regarding this so only an observation certainly not a criticism

Once we arrived the staff we communicated with were all excellent in our language...english... however we did enjoy speaking with them in a bit of portugeuse,spanish,italian as I am of Italian origin. Carla,Louisa,Nazare were very helpful throughout our stay in assisting,providing general information about the surrounding area of Albufeira ...where to go,shopping,tours, restaurants etc...the cleaning and support staff team were all very obliging and courteous..To Hotel was also very responsive to our preferred needs and that all of them were met. In particular an A/C unit in our room.

the closet to hang our clothes could use more hangars... the drawers were amble.While we spent little time watching TV they are very small , antiques in todays standards ( 16x16") could use upgrades. also the channel we watched mostly, frequently went off . CNN It was our choice to mostly walk daily to our destinations, ...its rather hilly to get there! cobbled streets .

The hotel was clean, the room with beautiful view of ocean was big , with big bad...

Fantastic panoramic views of Albufeira and the coastline. We were made to feel as though we were more than just guests. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast is a buffet continental style with plenty of selection.

The walk up from the town Uber rides are a necessity rather than a convenience.
