We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located very conveniently, right in the city center and close to restaurants, shops and the bus station as well. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were lovely and let us check in earlier. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was nice, but it was indeed quite basic (no extra towels, no fridge, no kettle, only one very small garbage bin). For us it was ok, for others it might not be. Also, it was a bit weird that our room had a door which was connected to someone else's room- fortunately it was locked, however if that person had been noisy, we would have definitely had trouble sleeping as you could hear almost everything from the other room.

The breakfast was very good for the class of hotel. The staff was efficient and helpful when necessary. The location was excellent, as it is central to most places of interest and the pedestrians’ only part of town. The room with a beautiful view was a plus as well. Good accessibility from the parking location.

When requesting a clothes’ iron, as it is stated in the website, was told it was being used by someone else. I suggest they get enough irons to go around for an hotel of that size.

The location of this hotel is excellent – just steps from the very heart of the historic center of Braga. It's a perfect place to start exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, so we got great rest. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us, and my wife appreciated the hair dryer. We also had a balcony, from which we could see the facade of the Igreja do Carmo, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The ceiling above the shower had some dark spots that look suspiciously moldy. The carpets in the hallways are stained and need to be replaced. We ate breakfast here, which was alright. Not sure it was worth it, as it cost about the same as many of other cafés in town with better looking options.

Location was in city centre. We were in room 402, which faced South. It was spacious, quiet and had a balcony which overlooked a pedestrian square, under which was a large public car park (which is where we parked the car at €10 per day). Reception was accommodating and gave us a room upgrade. Wi-Fi was very good. Supermarket 1 minute away on other side of pedestrian square.

We had a very nice stay in Braga. The room was comfortable and quiet with a good water pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was central, close to the bus station and the main tourist attractions. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Orlando was such a great help. He allow us to check in early. Orlando told us a bit about the city. The hotel was great especially for the price. Great location and walking distance to the restaurant. I usually don’t write reviews. Yes I would stay there again.

Nothing

the hotel is well-located and you can get to the closest monuments by foot. Has restaurants close by and, if you're new to Braga, hotel provides you with a map with all the main monuments.

AC wasn't working

The room was excellent value for the money. Had everything you could need. Bed was comfy. The location was excellent. I would stay again.

Didn't have a kettle or tea and coffee in the room but that was a very minor issue.
