Very clean beautiful modern building. Rooms were spacious with a lovely big bed and lovely bathroom with large shower. Mine had a balcony which was amazing. The communal kitchen had everything you need and the roof terrace was beautiful. It was very quiet i had no issues with noise. It was very central and walking distance to everything. The staff were incredible and so helpful. I forgot my charger in the airport and the blonde woman behind the desk did everything she can to help me find a way to get my phone charged. All staff were always so helpful and made me feel so comfortable as a female solo traveller.

The room was clean and bright, I liked how we had large Juliet windows, the bathroom was clean but would be better if it had a towel holder. The location was great, it was quiet and close to the marina which had good food spots for all through the day brunch, dinner etc and had stores nearby like Mango. The Uber prices were reasonable to get to and from spots, we solely used Uber during our entire stay although there was public transport just outside the hotel (bus)

The room was quite small. There were not adequate areas to store and hang my clothes, I had to use the bed frame The bedding could be upgraded and I think then the room would feel more 'luxurious' had it been better bedding as it was just a quilt, no covers, and the pillows were really flat. The bedding was not changed even though we requested it. The shower was impractical, it led to water all over the floor. it was quite far from the tourist spots (Well beach club, any water sport activity) - but this was also a plus as it was less populated.

Alameda Exclusive House is a quiet, but very welcoming place, ideally located close to the old town. Everything you need (restaurants, shops, bus and train station) is in walking distance. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. We spent one week there and everything was great!

Everything was absolutely fine for us, starting with the room, the place, the staff and the amenities, so we liked it very much there and will definetly choose the same place if you visit Faro again.

It was very clean, very close to the centre. You could go up on the roof or chill in the community room with a kitchen as well where you could cook. Everything was super clean and everyone was respecting all the rules. The staff was amazing and very helpful with all of our questions as it was our first time in Portugal. Our room was small but you don’t need a big room if you’re travelling all day and go back to sleep. Bathroom was very clean too and we had a balcony as well.

The walls are very thin so our neighbours with a baby who decided to scream and run around the hallways at 5am wasn’t very pleasant, but over all there wasn’t anything worth mentioning.

The location in front of a park which was perfect for the kids and within walking distance from restaurants in the city center. The location is not at the beach but in the city of Faro. Which was fine for us The room that fitted parents and small kids. The rooftop which was closed but accessible for late night rest.

The cleaning could have been more thorough and we only had new towels every other days while we were going to the beach almost everyday. The rule to use the downstairs fridge… the fridge was packed and not clean. The hotel should find a day in the week where they will clean and through out all groceries not used.

The price can’t be beat and great stay on top of that. Clean and comfortable. Not quite in the hub of the city but very close son was actually a nice quiet stay after being in other towns in the heart of the hustle and bustle. We stayed in family room with queen bed and two bunk beds. Basic but very comfortable! Only gave the staff 4 stars because felt like the guys that checked us in was a little distracted on the phone and didn’t offer to explain the area at all but he did give us the rundown of the complex. The mat at check out was very nice.

Great location, and facilities were great, didn't realise it had a kitchen for use (my fault for not reading description in full) and worked out a treat for that night we didn't feel like going out after a long day of sightseeing (great supermarket 4 min walk away to get supplies). Roof terrace a great bonus and def recommend staying here. Staff really friendly and so accommodating - thanks for letting us hang on the roof terrace while waiting to go to the airport after check out time.

We could not stay in our room at Alameda as there had just been a water leak. However, Francisco at reception explained the issue and had arranged a lovely apartment 'Pontinha Exclusive House' just down the road. He guided us there and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. It was great.

We never got to see our room in Alameda house but wanted to leave a good review based on their response to customer satisfaction under difficult conditions.

I liked everything about the property comfy bed, good shower and the cooking facilities were great

One of the male might staff was very rude when we were not able to get into our room and we were told there was no way in to our room once we got locked out with the card left in the room, we were locked out for over an hour before he woke up and said he did actually have a spare key into our room

Beautiful place! Nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable. Quite modern, seems fairly nee. Everything is nice and clean. Great location - close to a lovely park and just outside the “old town”/touristy area. Helpful staff - could store luggage before/after checking in/out. Kitchen - no breakfast provided, but there is a kitchen you can use (mugs, plates, toaster, kettle & coffee machine you can buy coffee from). Access to a nice rooftop area.

Sound proofing - very bad. Sounded like someone stomping above my room when they’ve moved around and could also hear the hotel’s main door slammed every time some came/went out. There is a restaurant ground flood or the building (same name as the hotel) playing music loud till almost midnight, walls vibrating to the music. Disturbing when you are trying to sleep. Cozy room - had a room with a double bed. Was good for just one person/short stay but might be too cozy for 2 people for more days.
