Our room was large and comfortable and the gym was complete! Also, there was plenty of parking and it was easy to find with the car.

We did not use the pool as it was small and full of tiny kids from outside of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate but repetirive with machine coffee. This hotelnis only adequate if you have a car, which was our case. The room was large and comfortable bit run down and twice we returned at around 3-4pm and room not cleaned.

Very comfortable hotel with spa facilities. Had a lovely swim in the warm pool. Room very good with all we needed. Spacious too. Staff excellent especially Samuel who looked after us himself. He was most attentive at dinner, explaining the dishes and wine. All staff could speak good English which helped us. Will definitely visit again.

In common with most hotels in Spain and Portugal there is no kettle and coffee things. Although there was a socket under the bedside shelf, recharging sockets were only by the bed. Given that hotels like these host conferences I would have thought there should be a socket accessible at the desk for someone who wanted to work on their computer. However, it is an excellent place to stay and these are only minor concerns.

I have used this hotel on many occasions as it is part of my regular journey between Santander and The Algarve. It offers great value for money and is located next to the motorway. The room was large and clean if a little tired in places. Some of the TV channels are in English. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant goes to great lengths to ensure you are happy with your meal.

The hotel is very confortable and the rooms are well heated (stayed during the winter). The room is very nice and the staff of the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is well kept and clean.

The dinner at the restaurant was not according with the accomodation standards. The service was messy (some guests arrived latter and were served first) and the quality of the food was not very good. The portions are small.

Good comfort, value for money. Sauna, swimming pool and breakfast included. Safe parking. After cool and cold private apartments this was really warm and comfortable place in our journey.

Breakfast could have a bir more diversity regarding healthy food: salads, fish. We don't put expectations to high however.

The hotel was well furnished, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. All the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bar was particularly excellent. Breakfast was superb and they had a pancake machine which just excited my inner child immensely.

Very spacious room, excellent comfortable large bed. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices.

The spa is very busy at the end of the afternoon with outside clients, I could not use the jacuzzi because it was always full. The sauna and turkish bath are simple and small, but ok. The fixed-price menu at dinner is cheap, but the portions are too small.

We loved everything about this hotel. The receptionist was so lovely and when we went for breakfast my husband who was celebrating a special birthday they presented him with a birthday cake.. Such a lovely gesture as we are a long way from home. Superb.

The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in my top 3. This was the 3rd time and will return.

The hotel was excellent, the location , food , general helpfulness of the stall . No complaints.

I think it would be helpful to have tea and coffee making in the room and also a pack or tissues in the bathroom.
