The breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street and my room overlooked this street. With the window open this gets quite noisy, but the room is well isolated when the window is closed. Closed window meant the room got quite hot and so I had to leave the AC on the whole night, which I usually don't like. The good thing was that the air from the AC did not hit the bed or my sleeping area, but was well directioned so I could sleep comfotably. They also have a storage, so I could leave my luggage before chek-in, in the morning which was a huge relief for me since I was on the move quite a lot during the day and my bag got heavy.

Some small issues, but none of them was a problem for us. No heating in the room: not a problem as I went in the summer The lighting was slightly dim, makes reading slightly hard: not a problem as I have an eReader :D The bathroom is small: didn't bother me as I only spent 10 mins a day in it.

This hotel is very conveniently situated, just a 5-minute walk from the coach station. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, with lovely views - the balcony rooms are absolutely a treat! The showers have very big heads - a lovely way to start the day :) ! We love the breakfast every morning, and D. Elvira ensures that everyone has everything they would like to eat or drink. Her welcoming and friendly nature make this the hotel we choose to go to time after time.

Small, basic room with a minibar, comfortable desk with a power outlet nearby. Decent bathroom with amenities and very small sachets of soap. Location is good, at walking distance from the bus station and downtown. Nice receptionists, breakfast is not very varied but okay for me.

The indoor garage is ample, but crowded, very dark and full of pillars, so you have to be careful getting into or out of it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and sufficient a mix of sweet and savoury. Rooms were clean and if we needed replenishments in the evening we just had to ask. Nothing was too difficult for the staff and they would help with Portuguese words. Close to the centre of town where there were a number of bars, restaurants and shops.

Better signage for the parking area as we missed it the first time and had to go round the one way system again

Excellent choice and quality for breakfast option, I specially liked the coffee machine selection, the only thing that would have made it ever so more enjoyable would be some pasteis de nata! Definitely great value for money. The AC in the room made it nice and fresh and the bed was massive and the walking shower was a great add on.

One of the lights in the room was not working so maintenance needs improving, also sound isolation between rooms would not be the best for people that can only sleep with absolute silence.

Very close to the city-center (everything is in walking distance), breakfast was included. Beautiful view if you have a room with balcony on the 3rd floor.

Nothing, that would be worth to complain. Maybe the room might be little to small if you consider to stay longer.

Center location, good parking. Professional staff. Simple design but roomy and efficient. Although the room was near a busy road tye windows sealing was excellent Would go back again when i stop in Leiria again

First floor is on the second floor. Not really a problem but I didn't like that :)

comfortable hotel close to the city center with free parking and a good breakfast. all you can wish for! I left my jacket in the wardrobe when we left. they called me on my mobile phone such that we could return and collect it. That’s real service!

a dog living on the rooftop across the street kept us awake sometimes and forced us to close the window and use the airco. No problem!

The member of staff were very welcoming and helpful. Esoecially a lady, sorry I do not recall rhe name, was amazing in ensuring I was fine with evetything . Surely I will recomend the place to people who are planning to visit Leiria.
