Property is in the heart of the old town. Very close to main metro station and the famous trams. Beds were comfortable. There was everything you need when travelling for leisure. It was very well cleaned up and we appreciated that there were facilities for us to maintain cleanliness during our stay. We had complimentary coffee, milk, and nice local wine and cheese. Host is very easy to communicate with, shared their recommendations for places to visit for sightseeing and tasting local food. Overall, we would definitely stay at this place again should we have the opportunity to visit Lisbon again.

The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and shower, washing machine, big tv, comfy beds and storage and hanging space for clothing. Walk up the narrow steep stairway was a little tough with my suitcase. Very good Korean restaurant across the street turned into a bar at night. People standing in the street drinking and talking until about 2am. Unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and this was a little tough. Hosts were amazing and very helpful. We had a nice bottle of wine, cheese and snacks waiting for us. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

The late night noise was tough! Entry stairs a little tough to navigate with suitcase.

We rented 2 apartments, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. Great apartments, clean and all facilities were very good. The location of the apartments is very good as well. But what I liked the most were the communication with and help we got from Maxwell and Sabrina. Not only before but also during our stay the communication and help were fantastic: arranging transfer from and to the airport, tips for restaurants and sights, delivering sheets at short notice at our request. Many 'big' and 'famous' hotels, airbnb's can't match this. Thanks again Maxwell and Sabrina. I am looking forward to my next time trip to Lisbon and your apartment. Cheers, Stefan

Lovely, characterful apartment, with everything we needed. Well kitted out, comfortable beds, stylishly decorated, charmingly individual. Welcoming wine, tea, coffees, milk, cheese and jam a thoughtful touch, that was appreciated. Although we never met anyone/the owner, there were plenty of helpful emails, including some great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was a great base for exploring this beautiful city.

Not a problem for us, but the stairs are steep. Beware, it is a noisy night time district, bustling with bars and clubs, but it didn't stop us sleeping!

Good size for a family of 4. All amenities were provided. A korean resturant right opposite the apartment, a few bars a street away and many good resturants around the house.

Slept at 3B, when it rained the ceiling at a leak that went straight to the bed. However the staff was very communicative and helped check on the situation and fix it immediately.

Two bedrooms, walkable location, everything we needed, wine, cheese, and toast was a nice surprise when we got there. Easy to access. Hosts were incredible. Very responsive. Shared a map of things to do, restaurants, and pharmacies in the area. Made sure we could check in early. Neighbors were not loud and nice.

Loud at night because in the bar district. AC did not keep it as cool as we are used to at home (Texas). If we opened the windows at night it was too loud to sleep. No coffee pods for the coffee maker.

The property was clean, just the right size, and the outdoor patio was a huge plus in our opinion. It was close to many tram and bus stops as well as food markets, and the heat was perfect when it got chilly at night. Having a washing machine, access to Netflix and Wifi made it all so much more convenient! Maxwell and Jorge were super-attentive as well.

The stairs could be challenging for persons with limited mobility or when carrying a large suitcase. The neighborhood can get quite loud at night, so it may be not for light sleepers.

Very comfortable apartment. Location is great in Barrio Alto, beds are super comfortable, shower warms immediately . . . Great instructions and information from host. Highly recommend.

Minor cons: the apartment we had was on 4th floor (so 3 flights of stairs). A bit difficult w luggage and stairs. There are also several bars nearby, and we could hear noise from bars at night. Noise wasn’t unbearable though, and we were able to sleep through it.

I loved the location. there is a lot of transportation options, many restaurants and close to the city center. Apartment had a washing machine.

The apartment was a lot smaller than expected, with 5 people it felt cramped. There was not enough storage or hanging space for clothing. The stairs of the property are very steep making it difficult to carry luggage. The apartment is located around a lot of bars which makes it very noisy since hundreds of people drink outside and not inside the bars.

The location was great. Host was very friendly and responsive.

There were a lot of bars and people drinking in front of and on the street behind the apartment. The noise from 10 pm to 2am is very loud with the windows shut. On Friday and Saturday it was even worse. Wished we were warned.
