The apartment / apartment building was very clean and a joy to stay in. It is located very close to the metro, trams and coast with plenty to sightsee within walking distance in a part of the city that comes alive at night. Breakfast on the sunny balcony was a real treat.

It's not that we didn't like anything it's just the apartment is in a very busy night life area. The apartment does have triple glazing and it does work well but you can still hear some of the noise. We were fine with it but some people may not be if they are older or have children. As I say not an issue for us but it should be made clear.

The apartment is cute and in a great location. If you don’t like noise, make sure you have earplugs, the bars on the street are full of life till early morning hours. The balcony is a great plus but could have more comfortable furniture.

I’m traveling a lot and for the first time I was asked to put the used beddings and towels in the washing machine and start it up before leaving - for this price, you seriously shouldn’t ask your guests to do anything. Lack of basic things like coffee, tea is also a minus.

Location was perfect! The property was great value for money and hadeverything that we needed.

There was a bit of a permanent stain on the bathroom floor but this was a minor thing and probably just due to wear and tear of a property.

This is the place to be if you want to walk down charming, rustic cobblestone streets, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and latenight clubs! We are more of the early morning types though so that factors into this review. Luisa was very helpful, going above and beyond our expectations by opening up our codes early so that we could drop off our bags. Very clean suite and very large!

The location was a bit noisy at night but fortunately we had been walking around for hours and had little trouble falling asleep. This is a nightclub district and you are not on the 21st floor in a sound proof building, just be aware of that.

Plenty of space - bedroom & living room was large, bathroom & kitchen were great, outdoor space was perfect. It had everything you need and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent location as well! I loved that there weren’t any cars allowed so the road was not busy with loads of cars (keep this in mind if ordering Ubers to the airport). We were on the ground floor so it was perfect 👍

The bathroom had a bit of a strong smell at times, but I guess that’s not the property’s fault as I think being an old city means the sewers are not always perfect, so it’s understandable. Just don’t blame your partner for the smell 😆 also, there is an extractor fan so the hosts are doing their best to fix the problem. There is also an air freshener that sprays automatically. The nightlife is pumping outside, which we didn’t mind at all, but some may find it distracting. However, we didn’t think it was as hectic as some of the other reviews made it seem - definitely didn’t keep us up all night! It wasn’t really a problem on the ground floor so we were happy about that.

The apartment has a great location, it is very easy to access all Lisbon attractions. The bed is comfortable, and the balcony is a big plus. Close to party bars if that’s what you are looking for. It gets loud in the evening, but the windows offer good sound isolation.

The bathroom is a little outdated and could use some deep cleaning, but that is normal, given there is no window.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Equipped kitchenette and nice balcony. Area nice during the day. Had a clogged shower drain and was taken care of the same day as soon as I was in the room. Like and appreciated the sound proof windows.

The many steps up to the 3rd floor (2 sets for each floor). The neighborhood is full of bars at night and noisy. In the morning there are street sweepers cleaning up the mess. The noise at night (it did have sound proof windows) since I like to sleep with balcony open. Also the street it's on is not accessible by car it's an area for pedestrian only so you had to schlep your suit case at least 4 blocks to get to street accessible for Uber or Bolt.

The location is perfect, in the center of the Bairro Alto neighborhood. The apartment is specious, clean and comfortable. Good internet connection. Easy check in and out. The laundry room was a nice addition.

Our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. If this is a problem for you, ask for a lower floor apartment. The kitchenware can be improved a little, like adding a non-stick pan.

In the middle of everything. Authentic. Clean new modern accommodations felt like your in high end hotel room. Responsive and accomodating host. Lots of activity and people on streets causing trash and smell but they do good job cleaning up each morning. Loved the food, live Fado music, lots of good shopping and attractions.

No elevator but its an old building and very authentic to the area. Only 1 floor up though. All cobblestone streets and sidewalks as well . Plan getting your luggage to the apartment accordingly.
