Casa del Arte is a small run hotel. The rooms are really spacious and they have wonderful art everywhere you look. the entrance/lobby is beautiful, as are the beautiful tiles in the main breakfast room The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The room we stayed in is a little noisy, because it is above the restaurant that is part of the hotel. But they shut down the music timely. And it is a small restaurant and not open until too late. The food there was excellent! The breakfast they served was very nice, served out in the court yard. All the staff were really very friendly. There were slippers and robes available. Loved the good smelling soaps, body lotions they made available.

Maybe the isolation of our room in terms of noise. On the other hand, you're on vacation and are not in bed before 11.00 or later even.

This property is a magnificent reworking of a 1783 building in the San Vicente district. We had been recommended Casa dell'Arte Club House by friends who had stayed a few months previously and their glowing description proved to be accurate. The interior is spectacular and the room we had was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Everything was smooth and professional. Staff were helpful and friendly. The Istanbul restaurant, which is part of the establishment, provided us with a top class vegetarian dinner. Breakfast was tasty, varied and generous. The property is right opposite one of the best indoor/outdoor flea markets that runs every Tuesday and we were able to take advantage of some bargains as well as getting some delicious vegan and vegetarian food. It's between two really wonderful historic churches and only a short walk to each. The classic Number 28 tram is about 400 metres away. This will take you into other historic areas as well as the main city grid shopping area while giving you a fascinating ride. Altogether, this was the perfect place to end our travels and return home. It's a gem.

Nothing to dislike.

Casa dell’Arte Club House is one of the best places I’ve stayed in in all of my travels. The hotel overall, including the room, is super clean, the staff are very hospitable, accommodating, thoughtful and nice, and everything from the interior decorations to the room toiletries to the complimentary delicious breakfast outside the garden area really exceeded my expectations. The hotel area is super quiet and walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and landmarks. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. I highly, highly recommend Casa dell’Arte Club House if you’re staying in Lisbon! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely nothing. We loved everything about the hotel!

This House is more than 300 years old. the ambiance of the house, room is so nice. everywhere is full of works of art. You can use the common sitting room. At the dining area yo can take your coffee or tea 24 hours. Breakfast starts at 9 am till 11 am. If you would like to make early ask the owners. They give a key to you. It contains three part one is for the safety box, the others are for your room and out door. If the weather is Ok you can make your breakfast at the inner patio. Every Tuesday and Saturday you can reach the flea market which stands in front of the hotel. You can reach everywhere easily.

This is a unique, boutique hotel in an excellent location with unbelievably great customer service (yes, this may be only place on Earth that still offers that). They only have three rooms, so plan well in advance. If you are looking for a Hiltonesque stay- this is not for you. No bar, no TV, just a beautiful room in a royal setting, with unmatched attention to detail in both design and service. We loved the hotel and its proprietors- Celine and Ege!

The only, and I mean only, thing I felt would enhance the hotel is an elevator. The rooms are on the second floor, but luggage was delivered to the room, so it really was never an issue.

Casa dell'Arte Club was wonderful---the service was lovely from the moment I booked and continued to be so from dropping off my bags to a friendly welcome from Clara to a private gallery tour by another kind staff member who also told me about their plans to open an onsite Luso-Turkic restaurant, Listambul. I adored my Sao Vicente Room (which was turned into a suite with the adjoining communal living room, because I was the only guest that night) for its charm and comfort. especially its beautiful azulejo bath with Atelier Rebul products and the bed with soft smooth linens. It lived up to the pictures--what made me choose the place was that the rooms have historic features with contemporary art---the other peer accommodations were all in the same sleek modern style. I was on a working holiday, so appreciated having good wifi and access to the kitchen and dining room for water, coffee, tea, cake (delicious yoghurt cake!) and cookies, as well as to the living room for a nightcap scotch and ginjinha. The square was also quiet, because the Feira da Ladra wasn't on while I was there. I'm looking forward to staying again, although it might be hard with only three rooms!

The one thing I didn't like was that the power outlets were inset into the floor, and hard to align with adapters, even those that I borrowed (especially the socket by the bed--the one one near the connecting door was fine). The adapters kept popping out, and my devices not charging. I would love for that to be fixed.

Beautiful house with fun art throughout! Unusual boutique setting, definitely not ordinary. Staff were especially nice and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good. They also own the restaurant “Listembul” on the street level. Turkish food. Honestly some of the best food we ate in Lisbon. An absolute dream for vegan and Gf crowd.

Our room was on the first floor, facing the street. One night it was extremely noisy with drunken yelling.

Casa dell'Arte is a unique experience. Somewhere between bed and breakfast and a botique hotel, and well, a club, as the name suggests. As long as you remember this is not a full service hotel, you will have a one in a life experience. A unique breakfast, surpassing any hotel buffet, comfortable and artistically designed rooms, and what a view! We also liked the club atmosphere, used the shared spaces, and met other guests, but you can choose not to do that, if you prefer.

This property is in a nice area, near to Alfama but quieter. It has a shared kitchen, a private terrace with tables, and a dining room - we enjoyed a quiet evening on the terrace with food from the local bakery and fruit shop. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room is comfortable and beautiful.

The bathroom is lovely - tiled fully including the curved ceiling, however it’s small and a little difficult.

EVERYTHING! I found the team at this property to be welcoming, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The property was so unique and beautiful inside and out and we felt it a privilege to be staying there. The reception area’s all had the most beautiful scent. We stayed in the Terrace room that was spacious and as the name suggests led onto a terrace (shared) directly from the room. There was a lot of effort that went into the breakfast and it was varied and very much enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily. The area was perfect for a very authentic visit to Lisbon, There is a local market on Tuesday’s and Saturday’s that are on the door step which we found very interesting. We would not hesitate to stay here if we ever visit Lisbon in the future. Thank you! team Casa Dell’Arte Club House.

NOTHING! But, we prefer longer city breaks and we would have loved a couple of loungers to use on the terrace to allow a little relaxation time, it was huge and certainly had the room for a couple.
