We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were incredibly professional at all points, and were extremely accommodating to our every need (welcome drink, early check-out and flexible breakfast, etc). The room was fabulous and exactly what we were hoping for - the AC was great, as was the WiFi. The room we had was silent at night, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was also super - there was plenty of choice, and it varied each day which was a change from other hotels we have stayed at. Towels were provided as well as all bedding, and the room was thoroughly cleaned before our stay and tidied during it. The terrace in our room was lovely to sit out on in the evening, and the reception and entrance rooms were very welcoming (and brilliantly decorated). The hotel strives for perfection, and for our week-long stay it definitely achieved it. We would like to thank the staff for their amazing service before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be sure to stay here if we return to Lisbon. Muito obrigado!

The hotel is pretty much perfect, but as other guests have mentioned the carpet in our room could do with changing. Otherwise, super!

Great location to walk into the city centre. All the hospitality team were lovely, professional and very helpful. No issue to recommend or. sort reservations for restaurants, give helpful hints and directions or just chat about the experience of our trip. Even though we had a delayed arrival, everything was checked by email with us on the way by JP, who also helped us relax upon arrival with coffee or wine. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. On leaving day they kindly let us leave our bags and we returned to pick them up on the way to the airport.

Although the room was as advertised with a door to the small terrace, the room felt compact and on the smaller side. The eaves intrude into the ceiling space but the benefit of having the terrace was nice - even better in the summer I would think. Bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear and although it was clean, it was showing some signs of aging. Toilet was remarked low for a tall person and even a shorter person was taken by surprise…🤣

Hotel was lovely, had a nice individual feel. Close to the centre, easy to find, rooms a good size, lots of choice for breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the idea sheets left on our bed each morning. Very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage on the days of arrival and departure. Very clean and nicely decorated.

If we had to be picky would have liked better lighting in the bedroom. It was hard to read at night. Even though you could get hot drinks easily downstairs any time it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even when we returned for two extra nights because our flight was cancelled they were welcoming. Big shout out to Tessa, Jaao Paulo and Jaao for being so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Our first rooms were large and comfortable and our second rooms were up in the attic, smaller but with balconies and a glimpse of the Tagus. The 28E tram trundles right past the hotel and we never tired of seeing them go by. Great location with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The stairs up to the rooms were a bit of a killer after walking all day up and down Lisbon's hills but this is a very minor point and the staff took our suitcases up to our rooms when we arrived.

Property is in a great location with a tram right out front. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

For a hotel listed as four stars, I just don’t think this has the amenities that match. There is no elevator and the stairs up are steep. No tea or coffee in room, and no food allowed in room which is so strange and frustrating. The breakfast was ok, some days it was better than others. At one point I asked for an extra pillow because the ones given were flat and my neck was bothering me, and while the very kind front desk staff did manage to find me one, it did not seem like something they would normally do.

Everything was perfect. We travel monthly for many years now, for work and leisure and this was the first hotel where we were so positively surprised. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional, the cozy atmosphere and environment must be mentioned too. The personal greetings and small welcoming details, the very comfortable bed, good use of space and high value of products offered made our stay special. We have booked so many highly priced places but never had such a good experience like at this place. Best hotel experience in Europe so far.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team greeted us warmly on arrival with a complimentary drink, they were helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We went for my partner's birthday and they arranged a cake without me mentioning anything. We were upgraded to a larger room with a really comfy bed. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars around and a short walk to the water. The tram stops outside the hotel too. The team stored our luggage on our last night as we were travelling later in the day after check out.

It was a little noisy in the morning with the tram outside the window but only if you plan on sleeping in late!

The location of the hotel is great. Well decorated with friendly staff. They welcome you with some wine and snacks. They also leave a note with daily activities and interesting facts about Lisbon.

I decided to book the standard room with a terrace but it felt cramped even for one person. I would skip the terrace and get a standard room next time. The breakfast is nice to have but if you're a foodie, I recommend exploring outside the hotel for amazing breakfast options.

Exceptionally kind, helpful and professional staff who made our stay memorable. Lisbon is a beautiful city and after a days sightseeing to return to such a lovely hotel with such welcoming staff was wonderful. Quiet location close to the old city with good selection of restaurants nearby. Very relaxing with very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Good tram and Metro links nearby. Breakfasts really good, varied and catering for all tastes

For people with mobility issues there is no lift but stairs do have hand rails Some routes to hotel are hilly with cobbled streets but this is compensated for by Tram 28 stop located outside hotel door.

Such a fantastic experience from the moment of booking. All the staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, they were more thank willing to help with any queries or request we had even arranging dinner reservations for us. The room was more spacious than expected. The hotel is a modern and vintage, art vibe all in one, the hotel is also situated on a great location. Everyone was very welcoming. A huge thanks to Fábia, Tessa, João paulo and joão dias. A special thank you to Joao Paulo for helping me make my friend’s birthday extra special.
