I liked the staff they were very helpful, Nice to have parking available, the breakfast was pretty good!

The room was too small for 2 people and felt awkward, location seemed out of the way, not close to restaurants or shops tho only stayed one night

The staff was super nice and attentive, the restaurant was very good, the breakfast had everything required and expected from a 4 star hotel, and I enjoyed the rooms being more soundproof than most hotels. The staff also compensated me with a drink voucher in the restaurant regarding some unfortunate events upon the arrival.

I did not like the depth of cleaning each day, there were obvious missed spots. Also, upon arrival, my bed still had hair (scalp and body) on top of the sheets, as well as having sticky surfaces from drinks. Also, the cleaning lady told me that the robes and slippers are in the rooms, and unfortunately they were never there or replenished at all. Finally, the shower cabin has a fancy control for the traditional shower, the ceiling shower and the wall shower - the last one did not work at all. And the water temperature did not have extremes, meaning you could not take a cold shower (which I like but I understand most people don’t want) or hot showers.

I stayed in the hotel with my daughter. We really loved being picked up at the airport, and brought back at the end. . We loved the heated pool on the top of the terrace. We used it almost every evening. The daughter used the gym couple of times, and that cute mezzanine space to do some work. Breakfast is great, I would usually start with freshly squeezed orange juice, followed by smoked salmon and cream cheese toast, the waiters were so so friendly and they would bring you the coffee of your choice. The proper coffee was served, which I loved with mini pastel de nata. They also have the room bar and nespresso machine free on the first day, but we only took a bottle of water.

The only thing that we did not like about the hotel was the distance from the city center, or metro, but we already knew that. The only thing you could not tell from the map was the hill. At the end of the day when you are really tired you need to wait for the bus or walk up the hill for 15 minutes. We ordered packed breakfast when we went early for Porto, which was a bit frugal in comparison with what is offered for breakfast at the hotel. Another small detail is that the ventilation in the toilet does not exist.

The Breakfast was great, staff were excellent. My room upgrade made our stay more enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were excellent and very responsive and very, very helpful. I would like to highlight the evening shift gentleman with glasses. upon arrival, I was very disappointed by , the location, my room, the layout, the view and giant bug I found. I was seriously considering leaving the hotel for another. He took the situation under control and offered us another room which was much better. He was very understanding and super helpful - kudos. Natalia and the other daytime front desk gentleman helped us with questions about the city , restaurants etc they were absolutely amazing which also made our stay better. The front door gentleman and cleaning staff were also very great as well.

The initial room I got and the location. I was expecting the hotel to be closer to the city/waterfront. Although the metro was somewhat close. I thought the location was better based on reviews. The air conditioning in the the rooms was not really responsive and the temp was always at 23.5 even if I wanted 21. The hallway on the 3rd floor was always really hot. The pool was okay but no hot tub.

A very warm welcome from Lucas who helped to organise a special complimentary treat for my husbands 40th birthday. We also booked a tuk-tuk tour through the hotel - it was fantastic and a great way to see the city and get you bearings! We ate at the hotel a couple of times, the food is fantastic, well priced with great service! Whilst the location is a little out, we comfortably walked in and out of the city in 20 mins. Be sure to explore the surrounding streets, some great little cafe/ eateries nearby.

It was a little tricky to work out the lighting for ‘just the toilet’ in the night. Whilst understandable, maintenance was being carried out, and so the terrace and hot tub were closed during our stay.

The hotel is in a fabulous, chic neighbourhood with a VERY famous Portuguese footballer living at the end of the road. We loved the food and drinks at the restaurant, the prawns are the best we have ever had!! I recommend the steak and order the prawns as well! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool is gorgeous and it is hilarious watching people swim in it, like a human aquarium. ;-) The staff will bring drinks to the pool for you. Our room was lovely, albeit a bit small as we had large suitcases and nowhere to put them. We loved having a balcony and enjoyed wine from the bar together one evening. We hired the tuk-tuk for 30 mins free and continued on for over an hour as Rui was a great guide and a lovely man. We loved that! We got out in the old town and visited the cathedral. Breakfast was AMAZING! Plenty of choice, freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee, pastel de natas and huge smiles from the staff. Location is easy to walk down to the popular areas, and cabs are cheap...

The room was small, as mentioned. There are a few sun loungers so you have to be patient and wait. We did notice some ladies taking up a bed for two with their feet....but we really enjoyed it by the pool. The safe kept breaking which was inconvenient. The inside of the wardrobe need updating.

Overall the room was excellent. The bathroom arrangements were unusual - separate toilet and shower rooms, with sink outside as part of the main bedroom. Breakfast was excellent - included freshly squeezed orange juice, a wide range of fresh fruits, cerials, breads and pastries, omlettes available on request. Hotel was around 15 minutes walk from Parque metro station through a park. Stop for Bus 712 towards Alfama, Graco and Estacio Alpolina was around 2 minutes walk away. City centre is around 30 minutes walk. Although the hotel is on the flight path to the airport, we didnt hear the planes in the bedroom - very good sound proofing. Heated pool and jacuzzi on the roof was very relaxing.

A few hooks in the shower room would not have gone amiss particularly where two friends are sharing the room to enable them to undress with privacy.

The fact that there are a pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is great. The driver who got me from the airport was a gem! (He lived in Austria for a few years and we had a good chat.) The young driver and breakfast staff were also nice! You can reach the center (old town) by foot in 40 minutes or take a hike down the hill to the metro. The park opposite is beautiful, and there's a small supermarket if you want a beer under 7€.

There's a lot of dead skin and sometimes a bandaid floating in the jacuzzi, and you feel very soapy - not so great. I'd have wished for heavier dumbbells in the gym. The driver who said he'd bring me back to the airport, but then sent someone else, came across very rude. I'm glad he sent someone else instead of driving me.

The service is perfect. The staff was always super helpful and kind. Great swimming pool, clean and with sun light. The room and all common areas are super clean.

the only thing that I didn't like was regarding the room structure: the ensuite is integrated with the room with no divisions, so if one goes to the bathroom and needs to turn on the lights, who is sleeping will also get lights, same goes to the noise of the tap water. This is not convenient when you are staying at the room with your partner.

Modern, well appointed hotel. Very clean, staff were mostly efficient and very friendly. The rooftop bar was not open when we were there because it was explained due to the time of year however was opened up for a corporate event happening at the hotel…would have been nice if it was opened for guests staying in the hotel. The room was nice, balcony looking over the flight path was great for plane spotting and breakfast was generally good. Soundproofing/hearing overhead air traffic in the room was never an issue when the balcony door was closed. The complimentary transfers to the airport the hotel provides are convenient.

Rooftop pool area looking a bit tired but we saw workmen inspecting this area on our second last day so perhaps they are planning to refresh.
