Frankly, there's little not to like about. I think the breakfast was exceptional for an included breakfast. And your staff was so friendly and helpful. The 7th floor had a stunning view of the park and a terrace with two lounge chairs. Just unbelievable. It is not in the middle of the busy area, but it has the Hop On and Hop Off Bus plus the Metro across the street. If walking is not an issue, you can get to the restaurant area in a 20 minutes' walk.

The one thing we didn't is the shower floor. It is very slippery. We finally solved the problem by laying a towel on the floor. the 7th floor had small rooms. It would help to have more towel hooks.

Great location, good food choice for breakfast and great to have the outdoor rooftop pool/bar.

Booked a twin harmony room for 4 and expected twin beds however it was 2 doubles which I thought was a little misleading. Also not a very big room for 4 sharing adults. Bathroom wasn’t very private as the shower/wc where just a cubicle with obscure glass separating them and then open plan to the room for the rest of it, I think in hindsight we would of been better choosing two separate twin rooms and make sure the beds are twin. Very modern style but not always practical. Breakfast had great choice but found quite a few things didn’t get restocked quick enough when busy, only had cereal available on 3rd day, also quite slow when asked to re stock items but only small niggles. Pool area is great however it is quite small so soon gets full.

The staff are so helpful, even managed to check in much earlier than expected. The hotel is well located, close proximity to shops and restaurants, a lovely Italian restaurant on the corner. The rooftop bar/pool was amazing, sitting in the sun taking in the scenery! Amazing. The black out blind was very useful, and the Bluetooth speakers are great, also the little fridge is handy to store water etc.

Room was a little small, given the price, but we did have a large suitcase and other bags which proved difficult to get around when it sat on the floor. There wasn't an iron in the room, but this was provided when we asked.

Excellent hotel with a great vibe of music theme. Everything was a high standard. Staff were all very friendly chatty and helpful. I ordered room service. Delivered well within the time. Arrived hot and packaged well in a cardboard box with condiments cutlery and napkins. Not possible to order drinks tho had to get at the bar downstairs Room was huge well organized everything you need fantastic shower and spotless. Flat screen TV on wall opp bed smeg fridge (quiet) and kettle tea tray well stocked. Loved the electronic controls throughout room and the music Spotify link up. Gorgeous rooftop pool with lights and seating area. Fantastic views of the city and winter wonderland in the park

Bed was a bit too hard for my liking I didn't feel my body sink into the mattress. The TV did not have access to Netflix or movies but there were plenty of channels (a few in English). No proper view as such looking over service areas and other buildings.

The theme of the hotel is nice. Every time when you get in or out of hotel you will be welcome with a music. Also you have audio system that you can connect via Bluetooth and they provide you a nice playlist or you can put your music. The bed is really big and comfortable. Location is great. Close to metro station and mall.

The room was not soundproof. We could hear noise from outside also every morning we could hear and be wake up because of noise of vacuum cleaner. And if the neighbor from the room next your room will put play music via audio system from their room you will hear the bass and music in your room quite loud.

Breakfast was such a treat every morning. The selection was amazing. We loved the rooftop area for a quick drink and dip in the pool. Thank you for letting us use it after checkout.

Was very different from regular hotels. Enjoyed the theme, red carpet, kids enjoyed listening to the music stations in lobby and the music room downstairs. Lighting in rooms was also very unique, blue and red. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from, kids loved the pancake machine.

The airfreshner/room spray that was pumped into lobby and hallways. It was very strong and quite nauseating. The artifical strong perfume smell everywhere was very overpowering, I could even smell it before entering hotel as the spinning front door rotated. I am not a person that is super sensitive to scents, but I did find if I spent more than 5 minutes in areas with perfume smell I was left with a splitting headache. Therfore unfortunately could not spend any time in lobby or common areas of hotel, other than rooftop patio. Also, would be great to have a microwave for guests to use.

Location was ideal! Right near the metro station with a beautiful park across the road. The rooftop bar and pool had an amazing view from both sides and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.

I only had the breakfast the one day but the coffee was not very good. If you're a foodie I would skip breakfast and eat out in the city. The drinks and the food I had at the rooftop bar were much better.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Lisabon. Very friendly and helpful crew. Delicious breakfast with a lot of food variants to choose. Large and clean room. I will definitely come back there. This hotel has a good atmosphere and was full of nice christmas decorations during our visit. We really recommend this hotel for couples and families.
