Sophia, the manager of our building, was amazing! We were both hurting - my husband had hurt his back, and I had hurt my leg. There was no way we could wander around Lisbon with 4 suitcases until check-in. Sophia worked it out that we could be comfortable while waiting for our apartment to be cleaned and made ready for us. She was so kind to us when we were feeling bad.

The apartment was clean and really big, especially after being in a small cruise ship cabin. Having a washer was fantastic.

Perfect location. A metro station is so close, grocery, supermarkets, a big trade center, some nice restaurants. Cleaning of the room.

No handheld shower head, no opportunity to leave even a hour later.

We stayed here for two nights with our 2 year-old daughter. Entrance of the apartment was via code. That was pretty convenient. Location was great, close to metrostation that connects directly to airport and centrum. Shower was great. We arranged a taxi transfer via the host (although we had too pay 10 euro more because we got a van rather than an auto and we had lots of luggage). Two elevators in place. The room was cleaned when we got back home the first day. Two aircons that work great. WiFi is good.

It was kind of noisy from the inside (not for outside traffic). We could hear people coming up the stairs all the way. We thought it would be very new, but the laminate bent at some place. Using the dish washer the board of the kitchen fell down. The view out of the window was kind of dissapointing, but probably it will depend which house you get.

Cleaners clog up already slim corridor and lift making it congested for movement or use Showers had slight mildew on doors and tiles which can easily be removed using mildew spray Shower door for main bedroom doesn't close, water leaks out when showering Kitchen hob extractor was dirty needs cleaning Air conditioning is quite noisy No extra bin bags provided in case needed

For our family of five these apartments were an excellent choice! loved the location, extremely convenient to the shops (small and big), metro with blue line, taxi. also the size of apartment is good there is washing machine (washing detergent costs 1€ but it is enough for several washes) with dryer! air con is very nice aaaand the cleaning service is soo nice when you have kids and vacation )) shower was good! not leaking on the 1st floor.

I have read previous comments about the state of the walls and shower. So was prepared. but we found the wifi is a bit weak, not enough for several people browsing and shower regulating handle kept falling off - kids were frustrated about that

Location is great, apartment is a good size. A lot of room. Very easy check in process. Staff (Rosie) was exceptional. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Cleaning done daily.

The AC units did not cool a lot. I am used to stronger air conditioning so on hotter days it needs improvement.

Perfect location,space, a lot of light, good furnitures, easy access, everything. Highly recommend

It was not the issue of the apartment. Parking is only for resident near by. There is a private parking near, but it is closed in the early morning, so, I had to change the location of the car after 7.00pm. Not a big deal, but better if the accommodations provide the details for it; it maybe helpful for those who does not know the rules and safe time

The apartment was nice and comfortable and well maintained. The location is not the best for tourists as it is away from all the places tourists like to visit. The public transportation for this apartment is not very convenient especially for someone visiting Lisbon for the first time. It is not possible to get taxi's outside this apartment and one would have to walk all the way to Sheraton Hotel for getting a taxi. It's not a pleasant walk especially if it is raining. Uber is the only convenient option for this location.

There could have been better communication with the Host. There were no utensils for cooking. The host collects a lot of personal information for check in in addition to the passport. I was not comfortable with providing the personal details of myself and my spouse.

Location was good, near restaurants, grocery stores & metro. Apartment was clean & comfortable, hosts were very responsive.

Getting in was confusing but that's probably because we were tired from out flight from the U.S. Once I found my notes on my phone, check-in was very smooth so it was my issue, not theirs.

Very nice & clean apartment with all the essentials in the kitchen. The apartment is a 2-3 mins walk from El Corte Ingles shopping Mall with a supermarket and metro station. Easy access to the apartment and main entrance with door code. Highly recommended, great value for money.

The washing machine was quite old, we did not use it.
