Excellent accommodation / apart-hotel in Lisbon. Staff: extremely friendly, polite and super helpful. Room: Our room was very spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Good size kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, oven and cooker top; along with pots and pans and dishware. They provide toiletries but this was one of our first where they had provided a special toiletries kit for kids and our son was thrilled to have one. Facilities: - Pool: rooftop pool with a view of the Benfica stadium. Absolutely stunning. Good size pool with lots of lounge chairs. The pool got busy on the weekend but otherwise was fine. - Launderette: They have a washing machine and dryer on the premises; which are free to use. - Restaurant - there is a restaurant on site that provide food and drinks. You can either eat there or do a takeaway to your room, because if you ask for room service then they charge about 30-50% extra per item. Breakfast is served here every morning and was a good spread, but the same every day. Location: This is both a positive and negative. Positive as it is located opposite a supermarket where you can get everything that you need. The nearest metro station is about a 7-10 min walk away. Negative as its far from the city centre, from all attractions, shops and restaurants.

Just a couple of small things: - I would have really appreciated it if they provide a clothes airer or drying rack. As everyone has access to the pool and then no where to dry out clothes. - We stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast was the SAME every day, no change at all. It would be nice to have a bit of variety. - Location: as it was far from the centre. - Restaurant: The onsite restaurant has very limited food options. When we were there they have a burger festival and that is all they had, along with some salad options.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly & the facilities were great too. The rooftop pool was amazing! Thursday night they had a DJ there. The pool view and water were beautiful. There is a laundry room on the bottom floor that I used and it was great. The room was spacious, homely and comfortable. The downside for my husband was there was not much food in the vicinity. Across the road was a supermarket, we frequented and were able to purchase what we needed. Downstairs there was a Japanese restaurant that my husband ate at 5 times and loved their food and menu. The Benfica stadium was walking distance as well as the shopping centre Columbo. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and the Upon Residence.

There was not many choices for restaurants.

Amazing pool with a bar. The room was clean and spacious. We received complimentary pastel da nata on arrival which was amazing! Good variety of breakfast.

The showers in the room were hard to use, the hot and cold water was not set correctly and some days we got the right temperature and some days not. Also, the pool closes at 9 which would've been awesome if it was a bit later as it is early for the lifestyle in Lisbon. The breakfast closes at 10 or 11 but once the food is done an hour before the breakfast buffet closes they don't bring more food/cups/cutlery, so go early to enjoy the full breakfast. The staff at the breakfast buffet weren't the friendliest.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! It was near the stadium which was a plus for my husband and dad. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful with giving us ideas and suggestions on where to go to and what to see. The hotel is so comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Slightly hard to access the hotel, location wise and there was only 1 bathroom in the unit and there were 5 of us so it was inconvenient to share the bathroom amongst so many of us.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful in answering questions and assisting as needed. The on-site restaurant was very good and the wait staff was very friendly and made our dining experience very good. The breakfast was excellent and offered a very broad array of choices, we were impressed with the quality. The bed in the room was very good and we liked the shower once we figured it out. The one bedroom apartment more than met our needs and made our time in our room restful. If you want to cook, the kitchen in the apartment has everything you need and you will find a Pingo Doce grocery store within a minute of the hotel's front door that offers everything you need. You also have a bus stop and metro within very easy walking distance once you figure out the path.

The only thing that could have been better was a rubber covering for the doorstop in the bathroom. I managed to trip over it several times and cut my feet. It is a little far from the main city but very convenient for the airport.

Rooms were modern and clean, and we had a great view over the Benfica Stadium so the kids loved it. Roof top pool was great fun as well. Breakfast was good, buffet food was hot which I find unusual and there was a nice selection of quality foods and drinks.

The location to the stadium is a love hate relationship, we loved to see it, but on a match night, I think it would be so loud that sleeping with young kids early could be a challenge. The room didn't have a hairdryer, not the end of the world but was annoying for the star rating of this hotel.

Rooftop pool and bar Great air-conditioning in the room Large, comfortable room. Well equipped kitchen and great bed. Also a great shower. Apartment very clean. Tasty burgers in the restaurant. 10 mins walk to metro. Supernarket right across the road.

Limited gym equipment, several parts broken. Rooftop at pool often left closed, got very warm. 13 euro breakfast expensive, but it is a good selection.

Great staff both at front desk and the restaurant. 5 star facilities and quality of the rooms. Great location in terms of visiting Estadio Da Luz, shopping center and sightseeing in Lisbon and beyond. Nice area with a good supermarket across the road and a couple of restaurants/cafes. Amazing rooftop swimming pool which we got to use quite a bit. Had used Bolt app to book transfers around and found the hotel location was really good for that as it's not in the old part of the town - city centre/aquarium about €10 per ride & €20 to Sintra. Great for a family as worked out cheaper then public transport. The restaurant has a nice cocktail menu. Did not cook much in the apartment itself, but there was enough equipment to make a quick spaghetti bolognese and fry a couple of burgers. Used luggage storage on the day of the checkout and that was very handy.

Only issue was with air ventilation which would come on in the middle of the night, keep the doors shut to cancel the noise. Also would have been nice if the bar was open by the pool when it's busy. I believe it will reopen later for summer season.

Excellent Staff! All are very professional and focused on client satisfaction, efficiency finding solutions and taking action. Hiago is super professional and always follows up if everything is going well. The location is amazing! easy to go everywhere in Lisbon by car or public transport. The apartments are very good with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grocery shop and a very good burger restaurant downstairs. One of the nicer malls of Lisbon is just across the street.

Our room was ready when we got there so they let us check in 3hrs early. Great staff, excellent hotel. The pool area is comfortable and the staff who run the pool bar are very friendly. The apartment was well styled, spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was tasty and value for money. There is a supermarket a short walk away. There's plenty of channels on the TV if you get time to turn it on. They stored our cases after check out until we went to the airport. Fantastic customer service.
