Perfect place for 5 star relax with family or coupled

SPA Police woman. Feeling NOT welcome, because all the time was saying that we must leave in case come 40 persons because we already stay there too much time. In Service sistem ant kind of information must be served in an appropriate way!

The room was fantastic, the hotel services and amenities were very good the only exception was the extremely hot swimming pool, we found the temperature way to high and uncomfortable. The sea was rather cold and rough but the water park pools made up for that and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

The hot water pool was uncomfortably hot.

Great location overlooking the beach. The hotel is super modern and recently refurbished so very clean in the public areas . Good car parking . Great bar immediately opposite .

The rooms became very hot at night (air con fault?) Our room was not properly cleaned for the first day especially the balcony but rectified very quickly and to a high standard when I mentioned it - thank you. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for long stretches. Breakfast was OK and plentiful but juice and coffee was a bit ropey . Difficult to access the pool and spa without planning because of lockdown rules .

The view is epic. It is an upmarket luxurious hotel. The spa is good. Rooms are huge. Everything is modern.

For the price I expect no flaws. I had to change rooms cause in mine the heater wS not working and it was freezing, like 15 degrees. In the new room the temperature was better but still cold and u cannot manually set it to higher as the reception informed me upon check out, but they said they are working on it overall so they knew of this problem. Also the private spa it is a great offer for 12 euros u get it for an hour to yourself. However the sauna (and there is only one sauna and one hamam) was not heated at all when I got there so it could not be used for much out of this one hour. If minor flaws like this (though having a good night sleep in a warm room is nothing minor to me) it would be perfect.

The hotel is super well located and nicely decorated. The Christmas decorations were outstanding. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent. The staff at the Spa are incredibly helpful, professional, and competent. I thoroughly recommend it.

Everything was great.

The availability of the staff, the food, cleanliness, vicinity to the beach, the village, there were no flies (!) specially on the dining room which I think is rare being so near the beach and a very good indicator!

The bed wasn't too comfortable, the fruit at the meals was always the same. The nearest pharmacy is 3+ Kms away on Vieira de Leiria.

We went during Sprint time and it was a bit rainy, but that didn't stop us having a great time at the Cristal Vieira & Spa hotel. The indoor pool area was excellent, good for relaxing or enjoying quality time with the kids (air/water temperature was great). The entertainment for kids was very good, with an amazing team of young people giving a show every night and super professional, friendly and playful. We also had direct access to the water park and it was very good fun! The breakfast was good and there is a super relaxing bar (with connection to the spa) were you can enjoy the sea view whilst having drinks. The beach is just in front of the hotel with a lot of options in terms of restaurants (we will suggest the Lismar restaurant... wonderful sea food!!!)

The stone massage was disappointing. The gym is small and claustrophobic. Nothing much to add... just 2 suggestions: 1) There is no shower/changing room at the spa and no blow dryer available. We wanted to use the pool after the checkout, so we had to use the WC to change clothes and had to buy a cheap blowdrier from a shop nearby. 2) The surrounding area is amazing for cycling, quad bikes, etc.. this is not a criticism, but the hotel should explore options to grant access for the guess to bikes or do a contract with locals to sell this type of experiences. That would be another good USP.

Stay was amazing, staff very nice and friendly. Local food & produce was consistently served in our restaurant which exceeded our expectations about conventional "all inclusive". Distance until the ocean + Maripark were great. Spa was nice and clean, also many areas to relax and sit with the book apart from the beach & waterpark.

The unexpected watherbottles and the cake, the closets were invisible for us, hidden in the mirrors, there was a fridge running to keep wather cold, The parking garage, The swimming pool was also nice. The breackfast is very good There is also, direct acros the street, a good and affordable lounge/restaurant

Meals were varied and with good quality, staff was nice and the room was well cleaned everyday. Location is great just in front of the beach.

All inclusive bar could be better. Drinks were the cheapest of the cheap and no food options outside of meals.
