I recently had the pleasure of staying at MyTrip Porto, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities me and my partner needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was absolutely unbeatable - just steps from the metro and a short walk to the beach. making it easy to explore all that Porto has to offer. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, which was incredibly convenient for picking up groceries and supplies. And perhaps best of all, the price for the room was amazing- I couldn't believe the value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and affordable trip to Porto.

I did notice that the curtains in the room were not adequate in blocking out light at night. While this was a minor inconvenience, it may be something to consider for those who are sensitive to light while sleeping.

The rooms are well-equipped, very comfortable. Equipped with a water kettle, microwave, cutlery, coffee machine. Very clean and big bathroom. Biscuits and milk was a nice touch. Enough closet space in the room and in the bathroom. Location is excellent, few minutes from the beach, cafes, supermarkets and the metro stop (which looks like a tram) is front of the place. Not the first time and last time at this place! Excellent brunch place like Mauricia or Padaria Portuguesa almost on the corner, you can reach the Norte Shopping Center in 30 min as well as Porto downtown. Black out curtains were a life saver! There is a desk and chair if you need to work for some reason. Many tv channels, more than hotels usually have.

I liked everything. I would go back in a heartbeat. I just missed an iron but you are on the beach, who cares :) If you come to surf, you can't hang your wet clothes.

The very convenient location for both the local area and access to transport to Porto etc., the modern facilities in the accommodation as well as cleanliness and attention to detail in interior design. Also, the flexibility with arrangements for left luggage and response time to communications.

Some basic cleaning tools like a dustpan and brush would have been handy to have - but not a major issue. Also, something to be aware of is that in the windy weather the room cleaning sign tends to blow off the door handle.

Perfect stay! We had an amazing experience at this appartment. The room was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. We especially appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Fantastic location with numerous restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, there's a family run Portuguese restaurant just two doors away and the food is wonderful (three course meal for two including a bottle of wine €40). The studio apartment was modern, spotless and had it's own small courtyard.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Amazing apartment, huge comfortable bed, well-equipped, great location, fantastic helpful staff! We were able to check in early and also store our luggage for a few hours on departure day. Really appreciated the tips from Sonia on local restaurants & cafes. Highly recommend for a stay in Matosinhos and even for visiting Porto as the tram stop is very near to the apartment.

Only thing was clearly hearing other guests walking around in the rooms upstairs.

Everything it was very clean bed was comfortable, close to metro shops and restaurants, lovely we will be booking again . , ☺️

Only problem would be if you drive you will have a problem parking near the property but we noticed some of the cars are just parked out there just rotting they need to be taken away. So other people can park. But that is not your problem.

MyTrip Porto was our first night in Portugal. The owner organized a taxi for us from the airport and everything went smooth with the transport making it so much easier to finding your feet for the first day. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable to stay in.

Although communication was good by email, and we had no problems to enter the place and we would have appreciated to meet the owner at some point of our stay. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Super comfy bed, super clean, and good bathroom facilities. Decor was welcoming. Express check-in and code entry made it easy to come and go, especially with two people staying. A couple of small items provided for a small and basic breakfast, including pod coffee. Also a good location and not too far from nice seafood restaurants, conveniently near the metro that will take you into Porto or to the airport.

The appliances were in a cupboard, and to use any you had to try and find space on the tiny tiny counter by the door. But not that much of a burden all considered!

I would say the place does what is intended to do. The rooms are reasonably priced and practical. The street is not too loud, soundproofing is good, large windows for natural light. AC, refrigerator, microwave and a Nespresso machine are present - as well as some plates. Wi-Fi is reliable, and the hosts are providing all necessary information.

The rooms are very small - ok for a single traveler, less so for a couple. With my limited hand luggage, it seemed I was already occupying all the available place. Wooden floors relate the movement from the nearby room to yours, which is quite a bother - otherwise, soundproofing from the street is good. I found having to memorise a long code for opening the door bothersome - a card or an old-fashioned key would have been more practical.
