We were on a cycling trip and they had safe storage for our bikes. Staff were helpful. The receptionist in the morning gave us some information about our cycling route. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. There was air conditioning which we used as room got very hot. Breakfast was good, different options, good coffee and spacious dining room.

They seem to have a problem with sewage or drains (it has been mentioned before here), which caused a smell in the bathroom. We kept the bathroom door closed and that was ok.

Check in was at 16:00, but I arrived at 09:00 after a very long trip. Staff was so nice and allowed me to check in so early. That was very kind

Would be nice to have the option of breakfast on the terrace adjacent to bar. Some background music would be good in the breakfast room

They kindly supplied an iron and hairdryer upon request but were unable to supply an ironing board which meant it really was impossible to iron the garments that were needed.

I have been staying for a few times, and check in is super fast, as soon as I arrive, my key is already waiting at the reception desk. Super fast & comfortable

The room was well furnished and equipped with all the usual. Compact shower room all nicely done. Excellent buffet style breakfast with a good selection and frequently restocked. Receptionist recommended the best restaurant a short walk away

I love it! The people it’s great, very very nice for everyone! The room was very clean, it’s near of the center, and the bathroom it’s great! The breakfast was also very good with great people from the hotel!

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, they had safe storage for my bike which was a bonus. The room was very comfy, a great size and had English channels on the TV to choose from. Breakfast was simple but good. Would certainly stay again if passing through.

Clean, warm, comfortable and well maintained. All staff friendly and welcoming at all times. Excellent choice for breakfast.

Just a little niggle, no means of making yourself a drink in the room. Apart from that nothing to dislike about the property.

A very nice hotel, couldn't fault it. Close by is the biggest cork stoppers mural in the world in the cultural centre. Lovely restaurants nearby and the one near the river is good also. Our bicycles were stored in a special room.

The light control didn't work after dark, so I had to change rooms in the dark (receptionist helped). New room didn't have working outlet next to bed if you wanted to keep something charging nearby.
