The apartment it's a beauty. It has everything we needed, lot of space for clothes, super wide living room and bedroom. The bathroom was very clean in every corner. The flats that are on the main street side has a gorgeous view of azulejos of the building opposite. The lady at the reception super kins she gave us lot of tips for restarunt and things to do. If I ever will be in Porto again, I'll defitenely choose this hotel again!!!!

Its a tiny detail: the main staircase (made of wood) its a little bit loud when people uses it in the morning.

What a wonderful place to stay. This was our first stay in Porto, and certainly isn't going yo be our last... we have booked up for next year already. The team was fantastic, with Joanna and Rosa being reassuringly communicative prior to our arrival and more than helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to visit during our stay. The penthouse apartment that we stayed in was fantastic and very spacious. Having the large rooftop balcony was ideal for a hot drink and a relax at the end of the day whilst watching the sun set. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend staying here. A big thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay.

This was a perfect apartment style hotel for our family of 4. Easy to get to from the airport. The location is on the hill about 15 min walk from the busy waterfront/train station area. There is a lot of space in the apartment and the kitchen is well equipped. We ordered breakfast included and it was more than enough-.typical fruit, bread/croissants, juice, milk, coffee etc. Supermarket and metro around and the corner was convenient... Parking on site if needed. There are lots of restaurants in the nearby neighborhood squares that are not as overpriced as other tourist traps located downtown. The staff was so kind and helpful. Pool is very small, but lots of chairs to relax in the garden area make it a comfortable retreat for a late day vinho or cervaja- a welcome way to unwind given the city surrounds you and you do a lot of walking!!! The only draw backs were the very firm mattress and that we found the price a bit high -but that is summer in Porto!

This was an amazing apartment for a group of six! It had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a great city view. The spacious common area was perfect for gathering in the evening with friends, whether on the large sofa or around the big dining table. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our future trips to Porto with friends!

We were a bit disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have a sauna as shown in the photos. It turned out that the sauna is only available in another building of this hotel chain and requires an additional fee to access. Since the weather during our stay was very rainy, we specifically chose this hotel over other options because of the advertised sauna. We believe this information should be clearly stated in the description, and the photos should be removed from the gallery to avoid any misunderstandings.

Great location - staff were really helpful - the layout of apartments was great and finished to a really high standard. The pool and garden were perfect after a day exploring the city. The kids really enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a family wedding and had an elderly relative with us - the staff arranged a wheelchair hire for duration of our stay and even found us a hairdresser on a Sunday - great service.

The area outside hotel did not give a great first impression but as soon as you opened the door it was a different world inside. Some taxis found it hard to find us as on a one way street but were able to contact us to get collected at end if the street.

Beautifully equipped, spacious apartment. All staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Apartment and the whole building block is absolutely spotless, the house keeping is faultless - There is a lovely smell when you open the main door. Breakfast is left at your door in a cardboard box (see photos) between 7-8am each morning so you collect when suits you, no on wakes you up. There is a very small pool. This apartment number is on the 2nd floor and unfortunately there is an attic type apartment directly above so is extremely noisy due to old wooden floors. You can hear everything footstep day and night, so not much sleep during the night. No pool maintenance - We didn’t see anyone clean or take water samples from the pool during our stay, but there is a net provided. There was the same debris floating in the pool for a few days which was off putting. Also, pool not heated so is cold this time of year.

The property was spacious, comfortable and had cool interior decoration. The kitchen was big and had what we needed for preparing snacks. We didn’t cook main meals choosing to eat out. Staff were really helpful and gave great advice for eating out and where to visit. The garden and pool were a great way to relax after sight-seeing. Breakfast was filling but lacked variety over the days. I recommend and would stay again if in Porto.

Everything was excellent our accommodation would have been even better if there was a second shower and we would have been liked to have options for breakfast eg carton of juice or milk. Coffee pod/hot chocolate/teabag.

The location is in the best possible area only a few minutes away from the main shopping street, train/metro station, market area and loads of cosy bars and restaurants in the area. The pool was a perfect place to chill and the cool down after a day of walking up and down the hills of Porto. The staff were super friendly and professional. The apartment itself had everything you wished for. Comfy beds, it was clean, well-equipped kitchens and with a balcony overlooking the whole of the city.

The aircon which you need this time of the year didn't work well in the living room where one of the beds were.

The rooms are old, dated but clean and functional for our 1 night stop in Porto. The reception staff were excellent during check in and provided us with a map and plenty of information for us to make the most of our evening. I thought the choice of interior decoration in terms of pictures was amusing - photos of doors & hallways of the apartments - very creative!

Porto is a big city so finding the apartment was a bit tricky down a one way narrow backstreet. Parking within the premises is essential but entry into the parking area is via a narrow door, down a narrow steep curving descending ramp and you will need some very skilful driving to avoid a scratch to your car. Once in its ok and getting out is much easier. The garden and pool area by the parking is excellent.

It is a renovated building with the photos of what this place looked like over 100 years ago on the walls. The staircase is lovely. The apartment itself consisted of big living room and kitchenette, nice bedroom and spacious shower and toilet. Kitchenette had all facilities you need although we prefered to eat out. The shower is really good. Liked the interior of the living room stylised for 1970s. Good relaxing pool area with blooming flowers, nice place to chill. Friendly reception. Food market is 10 min walk away. Location is good and easy to get on foot anywhere.
