Everything was perfectly clean and exactly as the photos indicated on booking.com. Cleaning staff were our only point of contact, and were very helpful !

Perhaps the crockery/pans etc. could use a little updating. We were a family, so didn't eat out 3 times a day. Maybe lift the microwave onto a wall shelf to make more kitchen counter space ? the kitchen drawers couldn't open, unless the oven door was opened fully, as the rim came over drawers. There was only 1 thing we really didn't like - 1. the advert makes you think the airport shuttle collection is free, but we were charged 30 euros... and 2. it doesn't cost 30 euros to/from the airport ! We arranged our own ride back when we left [with the same taxi company] and then were only charged 18.70 with luggage... but otherwise everything was very good!

The apartment was very easy to locate with clear and easy instructions on how to enter the building and collect the keys provided by a WhatsApp message. The host was very communicative and helpful whenever needed. The apartment was a in great location surrounded by café shops/restaurants and supermarkets which made it easy to navigate around. The apartment had everything needed from pots and pans to ironing board to towels and even Netflix was included which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and organized - the bed was very spacious and very comfortable - the bathroom was also spacious and many towels were provided and as well as other bathroom needs ( toilet paper, Hair Dryer etc.) Although located near a main road the noise was not too bad and still nice to sleep with your windows open - It was also a short bus ride to the city Centre of Porto or around a 20min walk to the main square - Great location. Very happy with my short stay - Will definitely return and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Porto. It was spacious, conveniently located, and well-equipped with modern appliances. The nearby amenities and easy access to public transportation made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Porto.

Although my stay at the apartment in Porto was generally pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bathroom had issues with water leakage from the shower and the sink was clogged. Additionally, the sofa, bed sheets, and walls had noticeable stains, and the wardrobe was quite dusty. Addressing these cleanliness and maintenance issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the communication with the host was very good. Also, there was the option to leave our luggage after the check out at a nearby hotel.

My stay was in December and it was very cold in the apartment. 2 electric heaters were provided, but still, they were enough to warm up the bedroom, while the living room and bathroom remained very cold.

The apartment is a great size and easy to find. Close to public transport links. It had a huge fridge /freezer and the kitchen facilities were good. Some UK news channels and the Portuguese film channels show subtitled versions of English language films.

The world's slowest lift. I had a sprained ankle and was still faster on the stairs than the lift. Main issue was poor and intermittent WiFi access. Seemed weaker in the evenings... Not sure how many apartments feed off the sane router, but maybe needs an upgrade. No Smart TV so no access to streaming apps.

The apartment was in good neighborhood, 15-20 min walk from the centre, in nice building. The apartment is comfortable with all u need for the stay.

It was only one glass for wine, and broken wine bottle opener😏 in the city of wine.

It was a great apartment for a family, Located a short walk from the main tourist center of Porto meaning the local restaurants were much cheaper with 3 course lunch menus available from €7 euro per person. It is possible to cook in the apartment should you wish to do so.

Note this is a self catering apartment and not a hotel. The lift is slow - the staries is better to use. It rained 6 of our 7 days in Porto - please improve the weather!!!! LOL!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a very nice stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the room had a sofa, TV and dining table and also a table fan. It was amazing because then we used the table fan since when we stayed it was very warm days. Overall I loved our stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to people.

Spacious, clean, location about 20 min walk from core area.

Street noise, no air conditioner so it was hot. If you opened the windows, it was noisy. I did ask for a fan which they were fairly responsive in providing. Bathroom had no hooks to hang your towels. The half glass door in the shower 🚿 was not practical as it caused water to splash on the bathroom floor. Bed was a bit hard for my liking, they should had a mattress topper for more comfort. There was mold in the shower floor.

Nice size apartment, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and kind. Good location to walk to the city centre and quiet at night time.

Although bed linen and bathroom were clean, the rest of the apartment was very dusty. It would have been nice to have a little salt, oil and some other basics in the kitchen.
