Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious, great facilities onsite and beautiful clean pool area. Very secure also and staff very accommodating to our late flight. Air con in bedroom and spotless bathroom

This was our third visit and once again we had a nice spacious apartment with lovely views over the golf course (which we had requested) Very large patio but slightly lacking in furniture Beds comfortable if a little on the firm side Nice clean bathroom Very efficient and friendly reception staff (our toaster was replaced within minutes of it being reported as not working)

A few minor points, none of which would stop us coming back: Would be nice to have a table and chairs on the large patio (we drag the dining area table out there each morning for breakfast) also a couple of sun loungers would be nice the patio is certainly large enough, the two chairs that are on the patio are fairly uncomfortable. A couple of the doors/drawers were loose on their hinges which made them a bit of a hazard esp at night Lastly no corkscrew in the kitchen, make sure you buy screw top wine!

Lovely quiet resort. Very spacious apartment - Deluxe 2 bed. Staff were friendly and the resort was very well maintained, spotless clean and the wi-fi was excellent. It's a 20-minute walk from the marina which is fine but can be exhausting in high temperatures. As we didn't hire a car, we took Uber's which cost 4.50 Euro for 3 adults each way. Well worth it. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants for nights out at the marina. If you want a night in there is also a good choice of Irish and UK channels on tv which was a bit of a bonus. There is a snack bar in the resort which serves food and drink but we didn't use it so I can't comment on it. If you are self-catering there is a very good Pingo Doce supermarket nearby which is a 20-minute walk or 4 mins in an uber. They have everything you might need and it's not overly priced. The Intermarche close to town is pretty good too but it's a much smaller shop.

I can't think of anything in particular that we didn't like.

I was very surprised and pleased by how good the facilities were. The main lounge combined seating area and kitchen and had everything needed for a a stay. All the kitchen equipment, tools, cutlery and crockery was very well organized and stored. Fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine also in the kitchen area. Bedroom had all that was needed, comfy bed, nice bedding, large wardrobe, iron etc. Nice shower in the bathroom, good towels etc. Both the lounge and the bedroom opening up to a nice terrace with amazing views over the countryside and golf course. Nice countryside around the resort. The cafe was very useful though I only had coffee there. Great value for money.

I had a little difficulty finding the entrance and when I got there (by rented car) it was not clear how to gain access as there was a large metal gate that required opening from the reception on first entry. (Perhaps I should have studied the instructions more). A remote control was provided once you checked in.

Close to golf-cours, in one of the most pretty area. Flat is really good sized. Kitchen is well equipped. I haven't seen any other guests in the entire resort, we had the whole swimming pool for ourselves. FREE bike rent from the resort. Price is great.

We immediately noticed the Towels hanger was broken after checkin, and reported to the receptionist. Despite we were the only guests in the resort, and they have plenty of spare rooms, they offered sent handy man to fix it next Monday( we arrived on Saturday), instead of simply change a room for us. Just feel this could have been dealt with better.

The location was good only a short journey to the Marina , prices I know vary but only €5.50 in the evening by Uber to the Marina, so worth it for us as a party of 3 to stay here rather than pay another €130 per evening to be near the Marina . Lovely peaceful area , beautiful view of the golfing area . Sunshine all day on the balcony . The 2 bed apartment was so big initially we kept getting lost & going to the wrong room . Free Safe facilities Lots of area for Parking Staff very attentive . Apartment the best equipped ever .

Everything was great , as the weather was beautiful ( it was min November ) we even extended our stay for 1 more night .

Very nice apartment 5 mins drive from Vilamoura marina, with a view over the golf course. Good facilities including English tv channels Reasonably equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine

Some minor things lacking: No Cushions on the sofa (had to use pillow off the bed) Pillows were a bit lumpy (not the worst weve ever had) Kitchen lacked a few items, Patio furniture fairly uncomfortable, just 2 low chairs, would have loved a dining table and chairs and or sun loungers (the patio is large enough) Wouldn't put us off coming back

Lovely relaxing apartments, very large with everything you would need, we got an upgrade to an apartment with a massive terrace with beautiful views of the golf course and lake. All the English and Irish TV stations on the television that you would need. Its about a 25 minute leisurely walk to the Marina in Vilamoura, Ubers available for about €4 . I would highly recommend these Apartments.

everything about Laguna Resort was fantastic. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating, nothing is an issue. The townhouses are stunning, large, bright and have everything that you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are excellent also, great selection on the menu and a wide range of drinks. There is a gorgeous terrace to sit and catch the evening sun or sunset. and the pool and pool area are lovely, clean and well maintained.

Staff were amazing & went completely above and beyond! I am so grateful to have had such a positive experience! I am type 1 diabetics (insulin dependent) and I made the huge error of leaving a weeks worth supply of insulin in Gatwick Airport and with the stress and anxiety of this vital medication being lost I asked the receptionist at Laguna for some advice if she knew how to access a prescription for insulin. She not only helped ease my anxiety but called the nearest pharmacy for me, spoke with the pharmacist to accept my UK prescription and gave me the address to collect my life saving medication! I can not explain my gratitude for this and for the time and effort spent into supporting me in an issue that was totally unrelated to her role! Additionally the apartment was incredible value for money, in a great location, beautiful surroundings and would definitely stay and and recommend others!

A possible recommendation for improvement could be to have some poolside music during the day?
