Beach and surroundings were beautiful. The hotel grounds well kept. The pool areas were outstanding. The food was in generous supply.

There was no pre-arrival contact. As a result of this we arrived and were too late to book the restaurant. Restaurant bookings are at 8:30am to 10am which makes it stressful if you miss breakfast. There should be online booking. Timings for end of breakfast (10am) and lunch (2pm) is far too early. We felt like we were always racing the clock at this hotel. Had better pre-arrival information been given, we could have prepared ourselves for this. A welcome message with key info would assist before guests arrive. Staff was not always serving with a smile so they also let the establishment down. It is 4 star and needs a little more work to get to 5 star level.

Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable. Beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Lots of parking. Lots of sun beds. The Aircon was the best we have ever experienced on holiday. Well deserving of the four star rating. The resort and staff were so attentive to details. ie. Us and our bags were transported to our room in one of the many electric buggies.

Not a major fault, but maybe the food was a little repetitive at times. This was the beginning of the season and two of the 3 restaurants were closed , which probably explains the lack of (meat) choice. However, my wife, as a vegetarian, was extremely happy with the food choices.

The big pool was great. It would have been nice to have had a shallower kids pool as our two year old found it a bit deep and there was no alternative. The staff were brilliant with small children and support friendly from the groundsman to the bar staff. Beautiful grounds and location with quick access to a big beach. Food was good, but slightly limited vegetarian options, however the vegetarian options available were very nice.

Would be nice to have had a playground for small children (there were lots of activities and a kids club for older children). The sea was quite rough during our stay but still okay for paddling this may have just been seasonal (mid August).

This hotel is stunning. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and full of beautiful plants, flowers, and trees. The beach is one of the most beautiful we've ever been to. We brought large water bottles and poured a few drinks in them with us to take down and enjoy at the beach. Food was fresh and varied daily. Staff were friendly, room was spacious, entertainment was fun but you could also go to the other pool area for a more relaxed vibe.

We would have loved a queen bed instead of 2 twins put together but we still slept well. Our dinner at the Grill restaurant (which you need to make a reservation for) felt extremely rushed - they have 2 times and we went for the earlier one, so maybe the later time would be more relaxed. No toilet at/near the beach.

The location with the Falésia beach nearby, the room was large and comfortable,, the food ( we were surprised with the quality and the range of different types of food everyday as it was our first time in an all inclusive resort), and the staff, which was excellent: helpful and extremely professional.

The information of events /calendar and kids activities could be displayed at the website or the rooms, it was difficult to see regular events time as we were not always in the reception to check them. The info about the resort buses (as booking early) could also be clearer, as we didn't know we needed to book at least with one day on advance to go to nearby towns.

This was the perfect hotel for us! We were away for a friend’s wedding and lots of us were staying in the resort. The food was fantastic with such a great selection available! we are at the two on site sit-down restaurants (included in the price) and really enjoyed it! The private beach is walking distance and was beautiful we always managed to get a bed by the pool / on grass area and we never struggled with waiting times for drinks. the all inclusive drinks were very generous and all staff were friendly

Wow, what a stay! Where to begin... Check in and during the stay to the check out thank you to Monica from the reception for an amazing support, from beginning to end, you are just great! Bar staff, you need a little more collegueges, but you are doing an amazing job! Last but absolutely NOT least, the animation team.... W O W! What a team... Normally I would say in my line of work, my team is better than yours... Now I am not so sure anymore🙃😁😁😁 Gatsby show was unbelievable! Thank you adriana resort for an amazing stay! Respect👌

Bar service a little too slow at times

The room was spacious and kept very clean and the garden type layout of the resort was great. The all-inclusive buffet had a great selection and wasn't hard to find something to eat , a particular highlight was the french toast at breakfast and the chicken Stroganoff. Desserts were the weakest point. Even on the standard all-inclusive the spirit selection was known brands. It was a great family resort and would recommend for a family getaway.

The pool was a little cold outdoors but it's early in the season (April) so it's to be expeceted.

The staff in the dining room/the reception the entertainment staff including lifeguards on beach and cleaners were all fantastic they could not do enough for you nothing was to much trouble . The food was always plentiful the hotel was always spotlessly clean. There was plenty to do regarding activities and the beach was easily reachable even though there are 96 steps down to it

Personally I didn’t like that my room was so close to the hotel bar and evening entertainment area. I am an early to bed type of holiday girl but I was dancing to ABBA and others in my bed until the music stopped at 11.30 which is way to late for me (must be getting old ). I just think that it should have been written somewhere that if you like quiet you should know to reserve a room away from block A. I m sure the hotel would have moved me if requested but I was part of a group and it seemed a massive hassle.

Great location. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees with easy access to the beach. It has a great and nice swimming pool. The beach is stunning. The food is very good, great variety, congratualtions to the chef.

The all-inclusive cocktails are dreadfull. All the cocktails are pre-prepared and with very poor quality. Only a single bottle of water is provided upon arrival, after that if you want water you have to carry the bottle with you to fill it up in the filtered water machines. The pool/beach towels are provided on arrival but are not changed unless you pay 1.5€ per towel per day. To change the towels you have to go to the pool, then pay at reception and return to the pool where you get the new towels. I wouldn't mind to pay more 20€ per week in the total price and have the towels changed easily .
