We spent a week here and were completely satisfied with everything. Loved the heated pool with the nice sunbeds. Pool bar is available until 5 pm. Lemonade is for free at the pool. The location is great, near to Aventura Mall (by car of course) , great restaurants nearby. Free purified bottled water in room and at the reception. Our room had a view to a tiny little cute pond, 6th floor, totally quiet, soundproof window, AC works well, no noise, warm water for bathing with normal pressure. Wifi working well. Bed comfortable, room is clean. Free starbucks coffee at the bar downstairs in the mornings. I guess Cleaning everyday, but we put privacy sign on for days and noone entering, respecting privacy sign.

The doors are so heavy so closing is pretty loud. But apart of that there is no other noise. Window cannot be opened but it was not an issue, always enough air in the room. There is nothing to be complained actually. Loved the 7 days spending here. We have not got breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

We enjoy the entire experience from the service at the front desk to even the accommodations after we had an issue with the plumbing. The professionalism and accountability was like no other and me and my family really appreciated the empathy regarding the experience from the staff.

The only thing that I can really say that we didn’t like was the fact that we did have a plumbing issue but we understand that some things are just out of your control. But its how you handle the situation once it arises!!

All personel on hotel was like no happy working there have to serve my self numeros times breakfast personel was there but not at all on the way to help there were there just to complain about clients have to look for forks and knives all times also cups for coffe milk was no hot also everything was like no one was at charge ! No service at all and they always try to say everything ok … but I am not the one to tell them y just say will make my review let then run ! Hotel good personel not that good ! If you know how to help your self maybe you will survive ! Just take a look to the marvelus waffle only one look the size have to wait for it around 15 min

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Ample free parking lot in the hotel. Many shoping options at walking distance from the hotel and Aventura Mall just 5 minutes driving.

Bar and restaurant limited in the hotel itself but there are plenaty of excellent options just crossing the street. Bathroom glass door system is just plain bad, door when completely closed use to get stacked and you will need help form outside to open it again if you don't want to break it.

It was a nice comfortable room, a modern hotel, enough choice for breakfast, and a nice lady who served us. The pool area is very nice, lounge effect. The hotel is near Aventura Mall, you have Walgreens, and Target nearby if you need to go. The evening we arrived was Thursday and there was nice live music. I find the hotel location good, quiet nice area and you also have a very good luxurious Italian restaurant across from the hotel.

We had a great stay - rooms are fine, the pool area has improved since we were last there and the location really works for us. I love the self parking which is offered at a reasonable price. We had a few problems with the rooms but the hotel did sort them out and then made it up to us.

Would have loved a cupboard to keep our clothes! Little additions like ice and hot water machines would also add to the hotel.

The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were ok in size. The front desk customer care was very quick to fix any issues. The pool area and pool itself were wonderful.

There was nowhere to warm our food, not even downstairs in the lobby. The towels in our room had someone's hair all over it. We had to get new towels. The shower wasn't clean. Also, at that price, there was no free breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable

I did not try the breakfast. They were cleaning the lobby carpets so one could not use the space in the lobby. it was inconvenient. They gym was pretty good.

Doing cleaning in the lobby for an extended period of time. That was not great. Also the sonference rooms are very expensive. They should provide smaller rooms to talk conference calls.

Was double charged by both the property & Booking. Figuring it out took quite a time & (hopefuly) was resolved after i had checked out. Had approched to the front desk several times & was told that the issue would be resolved on my check out. Could have been done at the first day of my staying, instead of postponing to check out. Was quite an unpleasent experience. Exsept of that issue everything was very good.

The cleanliness , great coffee in the morning The location was great. Exactly what we were looking for For sure will stay there again
