Property was very clean and well maintained, just across the street from the beach too. Super friendly owner ( he helped us get a room when we evacuated west coast for the recent hurricane) would highly recommend A+

I liked everything about it! From location to apartment and everything in it. Very close to the beach, has everything needed downstairs in the building from coffee and groceries to pool, gym and free parking.

Not enough information about getting to beach. Getting back in was also tricky.

I thought it was on the beach not across the very busy street and still a walk The apartment needs some updating especially in the kitchen horrible coffee pot, no wash rags in bathroom and kitchen cabinet door stays half open no matter what I tried. Glad I only stayed 3 nights.

It was a short walk to the beach and was an adorable/comfortable condo. The balcony was spacious. There were beach towels and chairs provided.

The host was not able to reached often. There was NO hot water the whole time we stayed. We only had one fob to enter the facilities & there were 4 of us. Originally, we were told we would have 2 additional. Definitely several inconveniences.

Location was ok

The unit we rented needs new mattresses and the AC would knock on occasion. I was told since we rented thru a private owner to contact them. The unit was clean and had everything needed for a few days at the beach.

The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at night. The apartment is on the 15th floor (max. 17th floor of the building). The kitchen is very well equipped. Huge fridge, dishwasher, oven. We cooked every day. The pool is nice, especially for children. It is heated up to at least 30°C. So even if it is a bit chilly outside, once you are in, you don't want to go out. Staff at Ocean reserve apartment building is nice and helpfull.

Value for money is just bad! The checkin procedure was unneccessary complicated. I send a message to the owner a day ago. I mentioned that we will not have mobile internet when we arrive in the States. He didn't reply. We found wifi at Miami airport and called him. He send us a message with checkin instructions and apartment rules. But he forgot to tell us the number of the apartment, which is 1512. The men at the front desk asked me for the room number. I didn't know it. I thought he might have my booking information, but he didn't. I asked him for wifi and called the owner again. Next problem: to park the car. You have to go to the apartment first and find the magic clicker. Without it you can not open the gate to the garage. For sure we didn't know this and wasted a lot of time to find the solution. Parking place is 12C. After a long conecting flight (24h) from Europe we were tired and we travelled with two girls at the age of 5. Summary: the checkin and parking process could be a lot easier, just by providing usefull information. Thank you! We stayed 8 nights. NO cleaning inbetween. You have to take your rubish to the "collection point" at the end of the floor (bothe sides) on your own. It was ok for us, but it's fair to mention it in the description. As we travelled with young children a washing solution was mandatory for us. There is ONLY one (not two, three, ...), just one washing mashine for the whole building in a room in the ground floor. The building has approximatly 15 floors and 20 apartments on each floor. Very very often the washing machine was in use by someone as we went down. This was just annoying. The price for one washing load is very cheap (2$ to 2,25$). BUT: You need a plastic card which we found by the way in the apartment. You need to top it up with minimum 10$. You need your own washing powder. Matrazes are crap. Shower the same, but this was mentioned by other guests before.
