I loved how beautiful the hotel was. It was clean and the room was small but cozy. We felt comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

You have to pay for the parking and it was a little annoying because it's in the building next to the hotel (they are not connected) so you have to walk across and you have to park on the 4th floor or higher because they will tow your car if it's on the 3rd floor or below overnight but it's Miami and in Aventura so I kind of get it, however, I feel like if you are staying at the hotel, they should validate parking. You're paying to stay at their hotel so you shouldn't have to pay to keep your vehicle there.

The room was clean and tidy. All the amenities were in fantastic condition, as I frequented to gym and pool. I was brought new water and towels even when my DND sign was up as housekeeping did not trouble me, merely asked as I walked through the hallway if I needed anything additional. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Only problem I had was with the A/C until which was fully functional but made a loud rattling noise throughout the night.

The staff was awesome getting us in early when our flights were cancelled! The pool was awesome. Perfect temperature. Nice lounge furniture. We spent much time there. Also we were able to wash clothes in guest laundry very helpful. Additionally the location is walking distance to a shopping area with restaurants and stores and ice cream and a French/Cuban fusion bakery that was delicious. A short ride to sunny aisles and Hollywood beach.

The bar restaurant was closed. But makes sense cause of the abundance of other options nearby.

1. This hotel has a very polite and attentive staff. Our family thanks the two male employees at the reception, they helped us a lot in all matters. And also our family thanks a tall, very beautiful employee-a girl in very beautiful business suits who was very attentive to us. It was very important for our family, since we stayed at this hotel for 15 days after a serious accident (a car hit our dad), we needed any help and attentive attitude from the staff. Especially these three hotel employees: two men at the reception and a tall, very spectacular girl at the reception (unfortunately, we did not remember their names, we sincerely apologize) helped make our stay at this hotel as comfortable as possible. 2. This hotel has everything for a comfortable stay (shower facilities, valuables, coffee and tea, ironing, swimming pool, billiards, Jenga, computers and printer, good air conditioning, stylish rooms). 3. Everything you need to buy or eat is nearby (a distance of 100 meters or more)

1. A small refrigerator in the room. 2. Not all reception staff are attentive to guests. 3. It is officially forbidden to take pool towels to the beach. 4. Our room was NOT cleaned 3 or 4 times (forgot about the daily cleaning of the room) for 15 days of stay. 5. The concept of the loft hotel (it is very beautiful, stylish, modern) and the rooms do NOT even have a microwave, there is only a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. 6. The beach is over 2 km away.

Really nice staff, the pool and common areas are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet and spatious.

the room cleaning needs to be improved, you can tell that the company is not providing training for the cleaning staff and also they are scrimping with staff, they only have 1 or 2 persons for the whole floor. The cleaning ladys are really nice but they need support. The parking is not inside the property.

The staff was amazing. Location was excellent. I stayed for 3 weeks. The bed was comfortable. Food/Bar was fantastic. The pool and games was fun! I will definitely stay here on my next business trip to Florida!

Laundry room could use some attention. I had to do laundry since I was there for so long. It was a bit dirty in there. Also would be nice to be able to get change or laundry needs there instead of at the front desk.

that we never knew if the cleaning ladies where coming, sometimes we arrived back in the late afternoon and the room had not be serviced. The fact there there was no traditional card we could hang on the door stating wether we wanted privacy or the room to get serviced. This all leads to confusion, for us as guests and also for the cleaning staff, whats wrong with , please do not disturbe/ please make up my room ? it worked for decennia.

The pool was awesome!!!

Parking is a nightmare when you have a toddler or items to carry to the hotel. Wish the room had ambient lighting. The desk lamp is shaped in a weird direction and not adjustable. Also there is no soft light for sleeping. I had to get an the go night light as the room would have been too bright or too dark.

Definitely like the view, the staff was very friendly one place will stay.

I did not like how the manager was asking my name or if I belonged in the hotel. He definitely couldn't even pronounce my name the correct way. I also noticed that he was trying me differently from other guesses. He made me feel very uncomfortable, so i gotassistancefromtheother staff .
