Location was great! Loved the area and all the options for walking and short drives for shopping!

Parking and breakfast were not the greatest! $45 a day for Valet Parking or the parking deck next door which was $20 per day but you also had to pay each time you left! We spent close to $100 in parking for two days(really Friday night to Sunday morning). But also - valet parking was full and not an option. So apparently there is not sufficient parking for the actual hotel. Only one fruit option - oranges. And not really any choices - either turkey sausage or nothing. Then next day pork or nothing. I know it is a free breakfast but I think some more options would make it better.

Breakfast was great - decent variety over the week. The biscuits and gravy was phenomenal, was disappointed when they didn't have it every morning, BUT! the substitutes are all great as well. Had a SNAFU when checking in that wasn't their fault - it was actually bookings fault, and the front desk handled it in the best way possible they could have, really helped me out of a jam. Couldn't be happier with the staff or the service. The area around there kinda sucks for food (walking distance) - and there's no real restaurant at the hotel, but they do have a snack area with decent stuff you can microwave in your room. The hotel itself is new, clean, well maintained, and quiet. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, there's about eight zillion pillows (which is AWESOME), the TV's are huge, the bathrooms bitchin', seriously nothing to dislike about this place. The price is right, and the AC blows cold even when it's 100°F plus outside. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the ATL. Will for-sure get a car though, as the local food options within walking distance are pretty suspect. A couple of miles away there's some great cuisine. Also, stay away from the MARTA station. Saw at least a half dozen fights, between homeless vagrants, and saw a really good one on the way to the airport on the MARTA. Kinda sick of people that give losers that behave like that a free pass, but they keep them away from the hotel, so that's a plus.

Really friendly and helpful. The front desk answered all my questions from transportation, directions to the concert as well as the best places to check out around the area. I really liked the valet drivers the best!! My husband and I enjoyed talking to them about EVERYTHING!! This was not our first time staying there and it will not be our last, in fact I'm gonna make my reservation for another upcoming concert today!!

The " breakfast"!! We slept in the first morning but my husband went down the next morning to get us breakfast and he said it was DISGUSTING!! IT WAS UNDER COOKED!!

The location was perfect, because we were in Atlanta to drop off our child at SCAD. We were close to the college, and close to the places she needed to go to get school supplies. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was great, with choices that satisfied our whole group, from healthy options to biscuits and gravy, and all of it was good. Check in and check out were easy as could be. Every hotel employee we interacted with was incredibly helpful, completely professional, and very friendly. We plan on staying here every time we come to Atlanta!

The hotel was in a great location. My husband had shoulder replacement surgery at Piedmont Hospital. The valet KZ needs a raise. When we pulled in from the hospital my husband said I think I need a wheelchair and within minutes KZ had gone to the lobby which is on the 20th floor and brought one down. My hands were full and KZ wheeled my husband up to our room on the 14th floor. Also, Patrick the valet is excellent. Both are very personable & professional. You should reward both of these employees. The breakfast was nice each day with different options and the rooftop bar looked nice but the weather wasn't good enough to be outside. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big. I worked out in the fitness room 3 days and it was clean and had everything you need for a good workout.

We liked everything about the hotel.

I loved the location. As a short-term tourist in the city, I was looking for hotels in the Midtown area that were reasonably priced that would give me quick walking access to nearby attractions, e.g., the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

I did not like the fact that I had to request a physical key despite having a digital key upon arrival. The digital key only allowed me to enter through the main doors and gave me issues accessing the elevator and rooms. I'm not sure if this was the fault of the hotel or that app. Regardless, with the physical key, there were no issues!

Centrally located in Midtown and right next to the Marta. Staff were helpful and friendly and the lobby/restaurant on the 20th floor is a nice change to the usual hotel configuration. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very little, however the hotel does not provide shower gel which is a little frustrating. Instead they provide a soap bar which dries everything in sight. Bring your own if the hotel does not change it themselves. Also, would have been good to know whether any of the breakfast items were gluten free as staff did not appear to know. Breakfast was good, just needed to be extra careful.

I love the location as you are literally right across the street from the subway station and you have a pizza place nearby to eat at. The rooftop lobby was amazing and you have an excellent view of the city.

I didn't like the hidden cost with the valet service as that could've easily been included with the price of the room. They put a $200 hold on your account that is required upfront and that is not mentioned anywhere online. There no actual door on the bathroom that locks, it's just a sliding door.

Great location for the concert we planned to attend. Excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Very courteous and friendly staff.

The room was very nice however the TV was not located at the foot of the bed (which is typical) it was on the wall left of the bed. This made it VERY awkward and uncomfortable to watch anytime we were in the room. In catching up on game day scores I had to sit on the side of the bed to watch. Surely not all of the rooms have this design flaw.

Enjoyed the stay. It is always a bonus to have a free meal. You should know someone stole my water bottles and I did not report this incident. Hard to prove and the assumption is that it is housekeeping. However, knowing this happened means less of tip for the housekeeping personnel. It is unfortunate this has happened but I figured they needed the bottles more than I. Hard to find trustworthy staff.
