Very nice staff, room and breakfast. I paid for it thru booking.com. We tried to check in around 11 pm, staff price hotel offered was $114 with tax, I told him price on booking.com with tax was $89.32. He was very nice and apologized that he was not able to price match. So, I continued with the booking online, received a confirmation number, the staff member confirmed it all continued the check in process and we were issued our key. It just would have been easier if policy would allow price matching, specifically if the customer shows the offer to the staff. That is my only "beef" with the hotel on this visit. Other than that, everything was terrific and will recommend the hotel on trip advisor also.

Bed was extremely comfortable with tons of flufy pillows. Room was large and spacious. Property was very clean and well maintained. Water pressure was good and I liked that there was bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in large pump bottles. Also big fluffy towels. Extremely clean in room bathroom and throughout the hotel. Staff was helpful and courteous. We had a great stay and will stay here again.

The only thing that I could say might need some improvement is the breakfast was fresh and hot or cold accordingly but just need a bigger selection. Only had white bread and plain bagels to toast, chocolate muffins only, scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffle maker, 1 type of yogurt, banana, apples and 3 cereal-honey oat cheerios, Raisin Bran and corn flakes Just add more hot items, different flavors of yogurt and cereal and muffins and add some more types of bread and bagels Maybe add some breakfast pastries The lady doing the breakfast was awesome and was hustling constantly refilling everything

It was a very clean place to stay. Rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean and has a great shower. The only concern was the breakfast, which was just okay tasting but I am not a big breakfast person, so it doesn't matter to me as long as I get a fresh coffee in the morning. They have scrambled eggs and sausages, bread and bagels with jam and cream cheese along with waffles with syrup. Fresh fruit, muffin, yogurt, juice, cereal, tea, and coffee were there.

The taste of the breakfast. Muffins were stale, and bread and bagels were old. There were no hard-boiled eggs either.

Overall everything was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good too! The lobby and overall appearance of the hotel was very nice! Definitely would stay at this location again!

The only complaint I can even think of is the parking. The parking was crowded leaving few spaces in the evening. The trees in the parking lot also drop alot of tree sap on the vehicles. Overall the parking lot is just a little small for this location, but again this is the only complaint(If you even want to call it a complaint)

This was a great 1/2 way stop on a drive from Florida. The location is super easy, right off the highway. Check in was a breeze. There was one couple ahead of me, and the reception employee (Cheryl) was really welcoming, very friendly, and funny, too. After driving 10 hours, it was great to be welcomed by someone so nice. The room was very comfortable, the temperature was actually perfect - no need to mess with a thermostat. Great pillows, something I'm very picky about. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection to choose from, including fresh fruit.

I couldn't figure out a way to turn the fan off in the bathroom, and it was a bit loud. I just closed the door, though.

The staff was nice, I really didn't interact with them a whole lot, but when I did, they were polite. The room was clean and loved the shower! The beds are on the firmer side, not hard or uncomfortable, just more firm than what I normally like. I did sleep well, though! It looks as if it was recently renovated or redone, very clean and very nice! Good location too! The breakfast was small, but still good. There were waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and they had a small hot bar with eggs and sausage. Over all, will definitely be staying here. I also did read all the negative reviews before booking. I didn't seen any roaches, bugs or construction. I didn't experience anyone being rude to be either. Overall, a 8/10 for us and our family!

The room was way bigger than I anticipated. It was very nice, cozy, and cool in there. I like it cold, and it was a perfect temperature in there! Nice TVs, shower, bathroom, comfortable/clean bed, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

It was a little far from attractions, but very close to the highway and lots of restaurants and shops. It evened out for sure!

The location was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was pretty good. The cookies in the lobby around 3 pm were great as well. The fitness facility was well maintained, a bit small but still nice. The pool area looked to have hand painted walls/ceiling. Very nice art work. Pool was a bit older, but worked for our needs.

For the most part everything was great. The only thing we didn't like was that an unknown bug was in the bathroom. We smashed it quickly and disposed of it. We didn't say anything to the staff because it was the only one that we had seen in a 3 day stay. It could have been tracked in from outside.

Front desk staff professional, helpful and very friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was great as right off I65 and close to many restaurants and local attractions.

Key card system for rooms are awful. One room had both cards deactivated day of check out before we checked out. Breakfast was ok but they need a second waffle maker. Eggs were not great and 2 of 4 days no orange juice.$200 hold out on rooms until after checkout. Daily knock at door to collect dirty towels but a different person brings clean ones and one day only gave us hand towels and not bath towels. Pool water was pretty cold and need to ask front desk staff for towels. Overall it was ok.

The woman working the front desk when we checked in was so friendly and welcoming. We had a hearing impaired room, which was wonderful. The room itself was large, as was the bathroom. The shower had plenty of grab bars, and the spay from the shower head was great. There was a couch in the room, and the television had plenty of good channels. The king bed had feather pillows. The property was very clean. Good continental breakfast.

The bed was a little soft for me, and it was set up high, which was a bit of a struggle to get into. The breakfast hours on a Saturday were from 6-9, which for a weekend I thought was a bit short.
