Staff was nice clean rooms hot breakfast plenty of smoking areas.

Deposit was not returned in full the 50 deposit only $25.50 yet there were no charges for anything I tryed talking to the general manager about this she was n very rude dismissed me without even so mutch as looking into the matter. Told me to call my bank when its not my banks fault that they only released $25.50 of the $50 deposit. It there's because they keyed it in wrong or something idk all I know is I was charged any extra charges so should have got the entire $50 back n i did not .. stole pretty much $24.50 of my money. Somebody did.....

The hotel was very nice. I like the fact that dogs could stay there because we just got a dog the week before our stay.

So... our dog had a field day with one of the couch cushions. It was a 35.00 pet fee and a 50.00 Incidental fee now I had No Problems with that. I Problems was they had charged 250.00 for incidental fee for the cushion without informing me first before making that unauthorized transaction. So... of course, I was a bit upset. I should've been notified first, so I had to discuss this with my bank and my bank handle the problem. I told and showed them what my dog had done, and I didn't mind paying what we needed to pay, but you just can't go in a person bank account and take whatever. According to a lawyer, I actually could have sued for that. So...if you do have any problems, watch your bank account at this hotel. Everything else was very nice. Thanks

The room was nice with a little living room and sink with refrigerator and counter top. The beds were not hard but not really soft. The pool was too small for the facility and was really crowded--so we didn't use it. The breakfast was hard to come by because of the number of people and children grabbing food--staff had a hard time keeping items replenished! The location to other food places was excellent--Chick filet and Olive Garden are right outside of the door. The location to the Lost River Cave and Dairy barn is great! The Corvett museum is not a far drive either.

Pool too crowded and too small for the size of the hotel, lots of children grabbing food in the morning and staff had a hard time replenishing .

They were “sold out” of the 2 queens we booked so we received a king suite instead. it had a separate sitting area with pullout couch, chair and desk. There were 2 tvs which was a nice feature.

I asked where the travel brochure rack was located. I saw it when we went up to our room but couldn’t find it later. The lady at the front desk said they didn’t have one. I found it the next day next to the ice machine. Not a biggie but I would have liked to look at them the night we checked in. Also, the link sausages were over cooked s d hard.

We have stayed twice breaking up our trip to and from Florida. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Easy find off / on of I-65. Our second stay they had fresh cookies out with ready available coffee. Nice pool and workout room.

Both stays we had plumbing issues in the shower. I discovered hot and cold faucets were switched. I brought to attention of desk personnel, because this is dangerous for a chance a person could get burned trying to turn off the single handled faucet. I was told it would be addressed.

There was an older lady working the dinning area for a couple of the days we were there. She was very nice and we enjoyed her conversations in the morning. The breakfast was very good. She was a very good and hard worker making sure everyone there had more than what they needed! In fact it turns out she was the only pleasant employee there and the only employee who seemed interested in or caring about her job. The room was very clean. So whoever cleaned our room must have taken pride in their job as well, and it shows!

I understand the ridiculous and awkward times our country is in right now with not having enough employees and every day items not always available. We had no bar soap in our room. I asked for some at the front desk. We were informed bar soap has been on back order for a while so there is none available. It just seems as though they could have bought some bar soap for their customers at a nearby store in the meantime. This coincides with my "like" comments --- all the other employees were very uninterested in their jobs and it showed!

Breakfast was wonderful, staff was kind and patient as my 4 mini humans were heavily worked up. The kids greatly enjoyed everything, and they are all looking forward to coming again with swimsuits for the pool.

My one and only complaint was how disinterested the morning front deck attendant seemed, it took her a few moments to even look up when I tried addressing her, both times I stopped by. However, I won’t judge too hard, since there is not a lot of morning traffic I imagine,

We were stopping there for one night during a very long trip (family of 7). We arrived later than expected due to traffic etc and were exhausted. Alexis at the front desk was extremely helpful and had us checked into our two rooms and able to relax in minutes. She was so friendly and helpful and we were so thankful for her efficiency. The breakfast was top notch and the breakfast staff were also wonderful and made it feel like we were getting a home cooked meal made with love. The rooms were clean and spacious and located beside each other even with us booking the day prior.

No complaints whatsoever. Maybe having a couple more bath sized towels but had we checked in earlier as expected we could have taken care of that as we understand that towels go "missing" often and aren't always overstocked in the rooms for that reason.

I liked the friendly staff. The rooms were quiet.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no linen for the sofa sleeper. No one was available to bring extra blanket. Carpets in hallway needs replacing. The chair in the living room area is very dirty and needs cleaning or replaced. Did not want to sit there. The credit card machine wouldn't work so I had to leave my credit card number on a piece of paper and there were several people behind the counter at checkout. Didn't feel my information was secure.

Staff was professional when I had an issue with 1st room. Hot breakfast, elevator, nice lobby, and breakfast area. There is a pool. The room had separate areas-living room,kitchenette,bath, king room.room had a door for anyone sleeping on the sofa.

Maintenance and details are lacking. Doors had chipped paint, walls had scoff marks, furniture showing wear or age. There was a desk chair. 1st room-the door did not shut or lock. 2nd room-tiles loose in bathroom,missing bath towels. Staff didn't have a uniform and looked casual.
