Comfortable, staff was very hospitable and desired to make us happy, very friendly

The breakfast was a let down considering all the rest of our stay was excellent. While it looked like it would be good, the staff was overwhelmed due to the hotel being full. Food was adequate but I wouldn't say good. Powdered eggs were just that, French toast was hard, watermelon was spoiled, and everything was similar to a breakfast you would get at a low end hotel that included breakfast in the stay. Wish I hadn't paid for it when booking as I would have preferred McDonalds.

I liked the front desk ladies Alex and Ashley. Ashley was very nice upon arrival and got me into a room early. Alex was very nice when I spoke with her at 3am because the room at buzzing sound coming from a speaker next to fire alarm. She got me into another room two doors down that had same issue but I was grateful to her for trying to make my stay better. She had a pleasant attitude and really listened to me. There was a very friendly African American housekeeper (I did not get her name or would call her by name) she was pleasant to talk to and gave me extra sheets.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.

We were not told we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. We had only one set of towels and had to go get towels and toilet tissue was almost gone when we checked in. We had to call for that also. And they could only give one roll. Our key never worked. We had to keep going to the front desk. The last time I had to get someone to come open it for us. They apologized for that.

We had a handicap accessible room and they met All my needs and requests. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The staff was on top of everything! We will be return customers.

The very last night, a party with kids arrived and allowed them to run up and down the halls and bang doors for almost 2 hours.

Check in was quick, room was large and very clean. We did not get our bed preference otherwise everything was great. I only had coffee but my granddaughter enjoyed her breakfast

Location was good. Staff was good, hotel was nice.

My room had a foul smell. Someone had put an air freshener in the vent in an attempt to fix it. It just looked trashy and didn’t help the moldy, cat urine smell.

We had AC problems in our room, and they were very nice and friendly about the situation. Very pleased with the service and workers

The restaurant/ breakfast was terrible

Breakfast, Staff, and hotel in general were all amazing.

Beds were uncomfortable and hard. The curtain in our room didn’t completely shut so once the sun started to come up it lit up our room.

Everything especially the staff!!!! Was disappointed because didn't know the hot tub was tiled over but that's ok. Everything was wonderful!!!

Quiet at night, even though there were several guests with children.

Had to ask for a refrigerator; however, when I did it was promptly brought to my room. Also, room was a little warm despite the temperature control being lowest settings.
