I liked the staff, very helpful with any requests or concerns. The room was very nice and had more amenities than I expected. I especially liked that there were soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom.

The Mattress was too firm for my taste/body shape and the pillows were too soft and mushy, I needed all 3 to sleep and would have had a problem if I was visiting with a wife or girlfriend. I would have liked fridge with a freezer box if not a separate freezer section. The room was surprisingly noisy especially the last night when someone's dog started barking. The floor seemed slightly sticky when I was walking around in my socks and actually left discoloration on the bottoms of my socks. (I suspect this will wash out.)

largest screen tv I ever had at a hotel. Rooms seemed well insulated for sound, and it had a very "new"-feeling, "notch-above" construction at 5 years old now. Clean surfaces and solid materials. It had an actual shower, not bath-turned-shower, which is appreciated. I skipped the breakfast, as it didn't look appealing to me, but seemed like standard fare.

Nothing really to complain of but for one thing that took too much time. The internet log on didn't work and I needed to use a special admin logon I didn't know about. But there was no easy-to-find number for the front desk to find help with this, not even scouring the internet. And of course there was not a phone in the room to directly dial! (That's like spotting a phone booth now.)

The front desk agent Max was great. He made us feel very welcome. He brought us extra pillows within a few minutes of our asking. He had a good sense of humor and had me smiling. I was really surprised to find that he wasn't the manager. We really liked that there were rooms that had bathtubs. No one has those anymore. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were really nice and I liked how they were easily squeezed to get the liquid out.

The snacks they had at the front desk were too expensive. The pillows were too soft (but they felt ok when we got a couple extra).

Great stay, breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and informative and very pleasant.

My biggest & only concern was that they kept the pool temperature very cold!! The hotel should have the water temperature more bearable especially in the winter months but I can get their strategy to keep people out of the pool or to minimize the usage by hotel guests, but it should be comfortable to swim in to which it was not. My girlfriend's son who is 12 years old and half polar bear even complained to us that it was too cold but he did his best to swim anyway. I couldn't handle more than a half hour in it.

The room was nice and very clean. Staff was very nice and available for anything you need. Price was affordable for such a nice room/hotel.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Wasn't always fully stocked or had enough food. Also, the pillows were too soft and the lighting in the bathroom is very bright especially if you only wanted to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Pool is smaller than the photos present it and there is no hot tub.

I received great service while being checked in. Room was very clean. Pool was excellent and clean as well. Only thing I would recommend is that maybe to have it a degree or two warmer. For me it was ok, however a Dad and his son came to the pool and when they got in they were saying how cold it was. They didn't stay long so maybe that would be only for negative facilities wise Lobby was colorful and it was nice breakfast that served from 6am-11am. Breakfast was simple and good.

The only thing they I didn't like was the pillows. the had two regular pillows with one larger that was a queen sized pillow. They were pretty flat. Luckily the queen size I was able to fix it up. I would recommend bringing your own pillow or two.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was very well designed and comfortable. I truly enjoyed the layout, convenience, and thoughtful approach. All in all, this was a truly comfortable hotel, that felt very homey.

My room was not thoroughly cleaned upon check-in. There was a used washcloth on the bathroom counter and a soiled diaper in the bathroom trashcan. The staff told me the next morning (when I checked out) that they would have switched my room if I mentioned it earlier. The only unfortunate design choice was using textured wallpaper on the one wall closest to the toilet, as it was obviously harder to clean. One other odd thing was that I had to lift my door for the deadbolt lock to slide into place.

This hotel was different from other hotels I've stayed in, in REALLY good ways! The room did not have carpeting, which I actually like because it's easier to see if things are really clean or not. The room was very clean! Also I really likes the soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. They're large bottles on the wall, no little bottles or bars of soap to mess with if you forget your own stuff. I loved the smell of the hand wash and body wash. For breakfast there were a lot of great options. Pancakes, French toast sticks, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, plus much more! My daughter really enjoyed having a smorgasbord of food to choose from and tried several different things. The pool was smaller than most hotels, but it was still nice to swim in with depths from 3' to 5'. There were plenty of towels available and a restroom right in the pool area. We called down to the front desk around 9pm for some extra pillows. Cindy answered the call and said it may be a bit before she could get them up to us, no biggie to me. Well, about 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door and Cindy was there with our pillows!

The only negative for us was that a baby crib wasn't available for our 11 month old. We managed ok without it, but having cribs available is always a plus for us.

The decor was nice and modern. I like the extra shelving in the room especially the bathroom shelf and the stand over the air conditioner that held our suitcases. Very Large TV. Good breakfast variety. helpful, friendly staff.

The floors in our room were sticky, NOT cleaned at all which was gross and made it so we couldn’t take our shoes off. I wish I had brought shower shoes to wear in the room. Also bedding had a stain on it that we had to avoid touching. Yuck!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing, the lobby/lounge area a nice place to hang out. they had these little reading books that were just awesome to sit in and relax. my kids loved the pool. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

the parking was a little far away but other than that it was fine
