I love the fact that Blanca was so helpful, i needed help with room extension and she helped me quickly. The stay was great and location is perfect, literally close to everything.

I requested the room to be extended for just a little after two because we had a 17hour drive back with kids and i was charged for a whole day when i ended up checking out at 7pm and no accommodations were made not even when we had already two days there after being there for a military graduation. I was told i had to pay full price for a later check out

The manager was very nice and help us by keeping a briefcase in her office after we checked out while we went to graduation. And we had some of our party get there a day earlier and she got them taken care of and let me sign the paperwork when we arrived! The rooms were clean and smelled clean. I always check for bugs and nothing. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was nice also.

The only thing that I didn't like was the counter in the bathroom was small and if I'm nit picking breakfast was slim continental breakfast but it did have a waffle maker and the juice and coffee was very good.

When I travel especially with my black lab, it is really important for me to have inexpensive pet fees. My other personal priorities is quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean room, hot pressured shower head, and comfortable bed. They met everything on my list along with great location and the option of a hot breakfast and unlimited coffee. Also, accommodated a first floor near the exit for dog walking.

Nothing. It was an amazing three night stay!

I was amazed at the quality of the room, overall decor, and amenities given the price. I did receive a 15% discount for my Genius level, but still could not believe the frankly 1 star price range for a super solid 3 start experience. The beds were wonderful, there was a hot breakfast and free wifi, and all the flooring and fixtures were updated. There was also a small kitchenette in the room which went unused but was still a great value exchange. They even gave us a mini mouthwash!

I'm not a fan of super bright fluorescent lights, and every fixture in the room had these. I felt like I was in a warehouse from a light perspective, but I will say that most hotels seem to be going to these "super bright white" lights. A softer glow is preferable at nighttime.

The girl at the front desk, in the evening, was so nice. She actually went to the room to make sure it was ready. She made my stay.

There are 2 things. The TV in my room had no sound. I didn't complain as I had my phone and could watch TV. And the biscuits at breakfast just fell apart. Tried to make a sandwich with eggs and bacon to no avail. Was going to take for the drive but couldn't.

Staff was an attentive and very accommodating. The suite was beyond my expectations. Housekeeping staff were incredible and had exceptional service.

Only downside we were next to the elevator and heard it every time it was in use … thankfully not much use throughout the night. Hot breakfast was ok, maybe better quality in sausage and country gravy. Overall, ok but had a large variety.

the room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, they whole experience was extremely pleasant. the hot breakfast was very good and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was right. After you stop to stay you can run down the road about 5 min and visit Uranus Fudge Factory,(a very fun and humorous place!) I would definitely recommend the Hawthorn!

Spacious room with plank floors and comfortable beds. We were returning from a business trip and just needed a place to sleep, but it had a small kitchenette which would be wonderful for extended stay. And the towels were super nice! And the price was excellent.

Dead insects in the light fixtures. And the floors were not clean enough for bare feet(The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking on them. Not what I expect with hard surface floors). Everything else seemed clean.

- Excellent staff. I talked to a receptionist who went above and beyond to help me get in my room when I got locked outside by my father who was sleeping inside. - Close to restaurants and Walmart. I could just walk there (image attached)

No pool, and no weights in the Fitness room. But well, I guess I can take a few days off.

wonderful front desk staffer, a regional manager of Hawthorne Suites. comfy bed and quiet room on 1st floor near lobby. great location just off of 44. Full-size fridge/freezer! Super HD TV!
