The rooms are large and very clean. The balconies were spotless as well. Twice a day I received a text message asking if there was anything needed for our room. If we had needs they were delivered to the room so we had them when we returned. The lobby is very elegant and the pool, while small and shallow, was clean, with staff always present to offer any assistance. Overall it is a very nice property with a great staff.

The location is not bad, but there is construction all around the building, completely out of the property’s control. That makes getting around a little more difficult.

The level of communication to ensure you are comfortable during your stay was nice.

What I didn’t like is how I was offered a pair of tickets to a show and paid for and because I wasn’t unable to make the TIMESHARE APPOINTMENT your apparently obligated to in order to have the tickets at a good price, but to turn around and fully charge me for an event I was unable to appear to is insane! that is $200 STOLEN from us!

It was a good experience,suite was clean, good location at Vegas strip, nice view from the roof, pool was clean and always taking care of the kids, as well the lobby and personnel always was aware and communicate accurately since we arrive.

Everything was great and there was a washer and dryer on the floor to was our clothes up for free. The location was perfect. Not to add our plane arrived early they had our room ready

I loved how the room has everything you need , fully stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. The balcony and very spacious

It's right in the centre of all that's happening in Vegas. Just walk out and enjoys your time in Las Vegas Blvd.

The deposit they take from the credit/debit card takes 2 to 4 weeks to be refunded. International visitors need every penny whilst there stay. They didn't offer cash deposit that could be refunded on departure

The space for the price and is good for families

I did needed a late check out and called front office the night before and was told the latest could be 11 am but that I could call in the morning to verify the time. When I called in the morning another representative advised me I could not do late check out and would need to leave by 1030 a. I advised of what I was told the night before just to be met with an argument and once the information was verified the rep told me I could in fact check out at 11. I advised one of our parties was not feeling well and due to a storm our flight was delayed for hours. There was no coordination, communication or ACCOMODATION in that regard

Great stay. Just be warn when you ask the concierge any questions, they will try to invite you to a timeshare pitch. Valet parking worked well but confusing when you check in. For a non gambler, not having a casio at the lobby was great.

Price is almost in a fair range for what they offer. Liked they had splash pad for kids and the staff was very accommodating. Location to strip is excellent. Valet was good overall but we did have to wait 45 minutes 1 day. They were really surprised when we told them we had been waiting that long hopefully it was just a one time deal.

Needs some renovations. The view we had from the balcony was not too good and it looked into everyone else's rooms. they were also advertising rooms based on a view to the pool which is creepy. The concierge was nice But they're very pushy into getting you into that timeshare presentation

Separate rooms that connect into one suite were very nice for our extended family but allowed for some privacy. Staff were all very friendly.

The area wasn’t very walkable outside the immediate strip. Pool was closed for seasonal cleaning.
