Responding quickly and fulfilling everything quickly

The edges under the windows and behind the doors and some shelves of the closet were not cleaned and were dusty, and also some items such as an iron, which may not be used by any person, were dirty and rusted, which made my clothes dirty, which of course The hotel staff took the clothes, cleaned them, ironed them and returned them. It is also better for them to have more people in the valet because sometimes there was really heavy traffic in front of the hotel or we had to wait for a long time to get a car.

The best hotel customer service I've had. I've never experienced such attentiveness and care as in this hotel. The location was also perfect for our plans. Not super close to the main strip, but close to Area15 which has a distillery we wanted to visit. A great price for such a nice hotel.

It was a bit hard to figure out that there was no self parking (should've researched before we arrived), but we eventually figured it out the valet situation, which was already included in our stay. We opted to also use both the sofa bed and king bed to fit 4 people in the room. The sofa bed was old unfortunately. Our friend felt every spring. If you plan on doing the same, ask for extra blankets to cushion the sofa bed.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms and pool area. We were lucky to stay in a room with a fantastic view of the strip. Fantastic value for money.

The cleaner didn’t clean our room once in the 3 days/nights we were there, and when we first arrived at our room there were dirty tissues down the side of the bed, and a used plastic cup. We were not happy with the waiters in the restaurant, we didn’t add a tip to the bill on this occasion and he brought it back to us basically telling us to tip him - with a face like thunder - we didn’t eat there again.

We had booked a Junior suite which was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette. Large bathroom in the master bedroom with good toiletries. Good view from our 52nd floor room. Excellent staff and very prompt service.

The sofa bed was horrible. could not sleep the whole night. got the roll away the next day which was comfortable. Need to fix this issue or else sleeping in the sofa bed is impossible.

We were pleasantly surprised at the luxury and spaciousness of our room! It was spotless as well. We were on the 54th floor and the view was wonderful! No waiting for an elevator and we were happy that the ride was smooth and fast. Thanks very much for everything.

We waited approx 45 minutes for our car after checking out. My husband went to inquire about the delay and was told there had been a system failure. The valet apologized. Another small item: I suggest when a guest is staying multiple nights in the present environment where room service is not offered daily, that more coffee and condiments be left for guests use. I'd like to mention also that the toilet paper roll holder be changed as the slips off the holder every time. Not a big issue. I had porridge at breakfast - I remarked it could feed a family (no exaggeration!). Perhaps consider a smaller portion option.

I recently stayed at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas and was blown away by the quality of the property. From the moment I walked into the grand lobby, I was struck by the luxurious ambiance and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the strip. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. In addition to the excellent accommodations, the Luxor also had a wide variety of dining, making it the perfect choice for a Las Vegas vacation. Overall, I highly recommend the Trump Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Vegas.

Great location as it was only a quick walk to the strip. Also across the road from the shopping mall which was handy.

Housekeeping only occurred once while we were there, we expected every day for the price we paid. We also expected cookware and kitchen utensils, as well as basic glassware and crockery but all kitchen cupboards were empty. We did ask for some and got very basic items including disposable cutlery.

Wasn't sure what to expect, as 1st time in Vegas. This hotel was a gem! It is close to the main strip. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. So easy to get a cab at the front lobby to anywhere else. The layout is simple and elegant. The staff are attentive. The hotel is relaxed and easy to navigate. The decor is classy and tasteful. We received a room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; large, comfortable, 2x shower/ rest rooms. Jacuzzi bath. The views from the room on the north aspect are directly over Vegas and the strip. Free coffee and kitchenette facilities in the suite, along with a corner sofa and 2x flat screen TVs. Aircon was really good and effective.

Hard to find a criticism tbh... All good baby! There is no gambling machines or casino at this hotel, which for me is a positive (but might not suit everyone). The bar and restaurant are not set up for party crowd, and close relatively early.
