Felt like having my own little apartment. Full size fridge, sink, cooktop and microwave. Enough utensils and dishes, salt and pepper, a few pots. Comfortable bed, free laundry and workout room right next to the laundry so I walked on the treadmill while I did the laundry. Staff were very friendly. Also, the Costco next door was fantastic!

When it was windy, the bathroom vent vibrated and every so often a loud mechanical vibration came from the bathroom. The staff said it was the wind on the back of the building. I was offered a room change but I was already packed into the room and it wasn’t that bad. Back room of hotel #238.

This is our new favorite place. An absolute gem with comfortable beds, large rooms, and a kitchen stocking everything we needed. Plenty of cupboard space. A dishwasher. A bath. And also a great location with easy access to NYC, Seven Lakes and local supermarkets and restaurants (try the Four Halal Boys around the corner and drive to Finks if you want a top rated BBQ.) The hotel was a perfect break from the city. We travel a lot around the world and it doesn't get better than this place for the price we paid.

Bring your own bottle opener for wine! There wasn't one in the room/hotel. Other than that it was utterly perfect and we will definitely be back.

The location was really nice, surrounding area had a lot of food spots and diverse food spots at that. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly did not feel like I was in a hotel (you know how some hotels just feel gross). But over all I really enjoyed my stay here with everyone being so kind and hardworking.

There wasn't anything I didnt particularly like, a lot of nitpicking. One of the things such as slow elevators where they open/close slowly. The keycard to my door would sometimes work (but after doing it like twice it would work so wasn't a big deal). These aren't deal breakers and I don't think they always occur. The elevator being slow is just me trying really hard of something to complain about.

all food there was what I brought into room. No breakfasts were served. I liked provisions for heating and eating meals in room. Bed was very comfortable.

I stayed 5 nights. Would have liked garbage removed from room after 3rd night rather than it sitting there for my stay. At one point person behind front desk told me that it's my responsibility to take out garbage. I believe this is a service Sonesta Suites should offer. After all, I am paying full price for this room.

The staff at the Sonesta is always helpful and friendly. The room is always clean and we are provided with cooking pots and pans as well as eating utensils. The location is perfect for us and very accessible for shopping and restaurants.

The are 2 improvements I would suggest to make our stay even better would be 1. A king size bed instead of a queen 2. Two (2) chairs in the room for seating at the desk area. Currently in the non suite rooms there is only one chair available for the desk and eating.

Excellent location plenty of shops to choose from and walking distance to them all. The kitchen was fully stocked and if you needed an extra appliance it was there for you to borrow. The laundry facilities was my favorite. It was free!

I would of liked a small broom and dustpan in the room. Also, I don't like asking for toilet tissue at the front desk maybe come up with a better system to replenish toiletries.

The space, decor, and appliances were modern, efficient, and comfortable for our stay. The kitchen space is ample, with full-sized refrigerator. The room was clean and welcoming. We were very pleased.

Something missed (and mist): In the bathroom, when I laid the floormat-towel down to shower, there was evidence that the mat or surrounding floor was not sufficiently cleaned. Also, the vent fan screeched loudly but didn't move enough air to defog the mirror.

Property is very clean and you get your money worth for sure. The rooms come with little kitchens and there’s appliances you can borrow from the front desk (unless someone else is already borrowing it) front desk staff is friendly. Very good for business trips if need be the rooms have a desk you can work at and set up. Haven’t used the other amenities but there is a little work out area and you can do your laundry there as well.

Location for an overnight stay en route from Cape Cod to Pennsylvania was very handy. Very quiet room, comfortable bed. The suite was large with lots of seating, a desk and a kitchen area including a dishwasher. Good sized bathroom. Check in was really easy and the staff very friendly.

The property is a little tired and could do with some refurbishment.

The location is excellent for all of my needs. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. The kitchenette with ample closet space and a full-size refrigerator was helpful.

While we were there, our suite was infested by ants. The management should take care of this problem.
