The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It was also very clean. It was a non smoking facility which I appreciate as a non smoker. There is a delivery service for food that looked really good but we didn't end up using it. One great thing was we never heard the other people staying there. The walls weren't paper thin like most hotels.

You had to go to the front desk to ask for a lot of amenities, like shampoo and conditioner or an iron. The wall sockets also didn't work great and it was difficult to charge our electronics. The beds are very firm, and that doesn't work for everyone. There is also a $150 deposit you're charged that they refund if there's no damage but that needs to be accounted for in your trip budget.

I was greeted promptly and courteously by the manager up on my arrival after a long drive. What could have been in an issue in most places now a days was instead handled with class and professionalism that has disappeared well before covid but intensified since. I've stayed and promptly left up on arrival at alot of budget pet friendly hotels instead I was greeted warmly with dog treats provided which was a first outside I saw several pet stations a plus since I normally carry my own bags. The room was far cleaner then it quite honestly deserved to be for the price per night I've stayed in way more expensive dirtier places. This is a place where they still take pride in there work. I was travelling with a car full of valuables and didn't have to worry about it getting robbed. There's also plenty of restraunts and parks for walking your dogs nearby. I didn't get paid for a good review but they definitely bribed my dog with treats everyday.

Maybe a different style mattress if it's upgraded in the future but for the price it's more then suitable

I loved that there were towels, treats, baggies, a water bowl and even a blanket for our dog traveling with us! The room was clean and I liked that there was vinyl flooring instead of carpeting.

It is not explicitly explained that you need to call directly for a room when traveling with a dog. After we booked online we received an email telling us to call. We almost didn't see it! Also, even though they come up as "pet friendly" in a search, they only take dogs.

The rooms were modern and immaculate, and the snack area was fully stocked with a wide variety of options. The snack area was open all night.

The manager needs more training in professionalism, customer service, and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and cultures.

No breakfast but that was fine. Every employee I came in contact with was VERY friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I had coffee in the AM just no breakfast but it was ok. The room and staff were good and I felt safe being there.

The front desk person was exceptional. She was warm and welcoming! We arrived too early for our check-in and she made the effort to ensure we were quickly placed in a room. Her friendly nature really sets the tone for your hotel!

Would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Also, would have like charging ports (USB etc) in the room for phones, electronics, etc. There was no breakfast that we were made aware of.

I loved the customer service. There was a table with dog treats, dog bones, and poop bags. that was a big thing for me of how the car got your pets there. it was amazing

The night front desk clerk coming outside asking if we were “dealing”. it was a nice night so my sister, my niece, and my grand niece were standing by my car talking for about 30 minutes

I didn't like the fact that they put an extra 150.00 charge to my card in case of damage. We did get it back but we should have been notified of this charge when booking stay. Other than that the stay was great

Very quiet rooms, comfortable bed, very clean rooms and attentive cleaning staff, room temperature was easy to control

Internet was often unusable, no toiletries provided in the room, minor dog odor in the hotel entryway

overall everything was very good. staff was friendly. room was spotless.

no phone charger in room. spotty wifi. Sunday check out could be a hour later. also vending machines that take cards would be nice.
