The staff was excellent, the dual shower heads and pressure was amazing, the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was very nice, we loved the pillows, and comfort of the bedroom and living room. The breakfast was perfect, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, yogurt, coffee, and multiple juices (orange, apple, and cranberry), and water. Pool area was nice, though we just sat at one of the tables and enjoyed the hill country breeze day and night. Nice small gym area with good variety.

The hallway and stairwell were very warm. My wife is highly allergic to citrus, and all complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all citrus based.

The staff were nice ESPECIALLY the lady at breakfast! I didn't get her name but we made it to breakfast about 930am (it ends at 10am) & there was still plenty enough food, with many options. She made sure the area stayed cleaned, greeted everyone, had a smile on her face, threw away our plates when we were done, and just all around pleasant. I really liked that. It was me & 3 teenage girls & they loved the room (and breakfast) & thought it was nice. Plenty of towels & the room was clean. Honestly couldn't find anything wrong with the place. If anything I would have liked it to be closer to fiesta texas (we drove 23 min to six flags) & the price was a tad steep, seeing as we stayed not even 12 hours. Wish they could give some kind of discount in situations like that but other than that, I was highly satisfied with the stay. 😁

Cost (I paid $207 for less than a 12 hour stay. And it was about a 20-25 min drive (with bad construction traffic) to fiesta texas.

This has been one of THE most enjoyable stays I've ever had at a hotel. It is conveniently located, yet out of the way of traffic. It is very quiet here. I haven't heard a peep out of anyone the whole time we've been here. It almost feels like we're the only ones here! Breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the attendant (Sue) is phenomenal at her job! She's friendly and full of joy. She is so helpful and happy! She keeps it spotless as well! The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel. The beds are so comfy that, for the first time ever at a hotel, my hubby and I slept late every single morning we were there. The price was great. Grounds and facilities were always clean. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. This will be our "go-to" hotel anytime we are in the area.

That we had to leave and get back to reality!

The hotel is on the busiest roadway in the area, easy to find. Vanesa, the clerk on duty when we arrived was courteous and professional in all ways. At breakfast the real jewel of the place came to bare. The Lady (Forgot her name, but she was born in Korea). She waited on us and every one there with absolute top notch service. Friendly! Efficient! Awesome. I owned a restaurant , and also ran a small chain of restaurants. I would have hired her in a second.

Very clean. Convenient location. Even though it’s located next to a freeway, it was quiet. The lady helping people in the breakfast dining area was so friendly to us and everyone, it felt like we were all her family! Great way to start our day!

Cant say there was anything we “didn’t like “. Only constructive comment I can add is that the Staff at the desk was very friendly but didnt/couldn’t offer any information about local events/sites, or whether there was Uber services available. Host/hostess should be more informed about local services and major events.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast looked really good but we were not able to partake as we slept in too late and had to be somewhere. Appreciate having coffee available. I do not like making coffee in the room.

The TV was very difficult to operate as far as finding and clicking on the channels I wanted to watch. No one at fault but the check-in system was down and delayed us getting checked in.

Beautiful hotel, conviniently located next to the hwy with Walmart/HEB around the corner, friendly staff, spacious rooms, breakfast was awesome (alot of hotels continue with bag/on the go breakfast) it was a pleasant surprise to have continental breakfast.

Parking was a bit awkward, I have a GMC Sierra and it was difficult finding a spot to ensure it wasnt in the way of passage. It would of been nice to also have a second exit on the opposite end of the property- leading to the frontage road- as the only entrance/exit was again a bit crammed for a larger vehicle.

While the breakfast food wasn’t phenomenal, it certainly was satisfying. Great banana nut muffins, yogurt, sausage patties, cinnamon toast, and orange juice. The scrambled eggs were ok, along with the pastry. Coffee was weak to us, but we’re coffee snobs. Room was clean and we never ran out of TP or soap.

The room is a bit close to I-10 so we could hear road noise throughout the night. It also gripes me when the staff at checkout won’t give me a paper receipt for my stay. Instead they promised to email it, but a day later I still haven’t received it.

The Comfort Inn and Suites is an older hotel, but was a great value. The room was clean, and the bedding and bed were great as I slept well under the lightly weighted comforter. There were some areas in the facility that needed attention: ashtray near Lobby elevator, conference room on first floor. However, there was great cleanliness in the breakfast area with staff on top of cleaning tables as soon as guests left, and keeping food items available following COVID protocols. Overall, a great value for a good, clean place to stay.

As mentioned, a couple of areas needed attention.

It was our second stay with this hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I am always concerned about the comfort of the bed as I have a bad back. This was the first time that I slept in a hotel bed without waking up with back pain. The bed was perfect and super comfortable. Sue, the lady working the breakfast room, was phenomenal. Super friendly and helpful. She just brightened up the day.

I was disappointed that there was no Bible in the hotel room. Please bring them back.
