We have stayed here several times and love this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, with nice staff. They have a great breakfast, too. There is a very nice park not far away and are, also, restaurants and stores nearby.

There isn't really much to complain about. Only one time did we have a room that had an odor that needed to be taken care of...maybe carpet that needed to be replaced. And it would be nice to have an accessible plugs on the night stands for charging phones.

We got to choose the floor on where we wanted the room, which was amazing. Our room was close to the entrance and breakfast room. Which is also a plus if you travel with little kids and pets. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and polite. Especially the lady that worked the evening/night shift. She was great! The room was clean and very comfortable. Our kids liked it as well. We loved the modern walk-in shower. The breakfast was also very good.

We didn't dislike anything. The stay was great!!

The staff was great, the breakfasts were very good. Ee liked the room and location. Except for the one problem mentioned, we loved it.

The only problem was...there was an odor in our room that should be addressed. It was pretty strong when we first walked in and dissipated somewhat. I have keen smell...if it had been worse, we would have asked for a different room. I could tell that the room had been cleaned.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The house where I live is on the market to be sold and there was an open house and showings all weekend and at all hours. I work odd hours and needed to rest.

I missed breakfast. I came in at five AM one morning and there was no parking up front. The outdoor lights went out just as I exited my vehicle as I walked to the front entrance.

Needed location convenient to work until I could find a permanent place to live. My room was comfortable. Laundry was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Freezer in frig needed defrosting. Noise level was not good all the time. Rates were very expensive for my budget. No weekly rates. Did not receive senior citizen discount.

what I liked about the property was it was very clean it was around fast food and stores I could get to in walking distance if I didn’t want to drive basically the location.

What I didn’t like about the property was the internet signal it was very slow at times and I couldn’t play my game (ps5) online but it wasn’t a big deal but something I’m just pointing out.

Location was great, room was exceptional, and the bed was truly comfortable.

The door locks weren't operating on the end of the building where my room was, so I had to walk the length of the building to enter. I could still exit there, so it wasn't a huge problem but was a minor inconvenience.

Has the best beds anywhere I stay. Better than other BW too. Good staff. Ok breakfast.

Warm stinky hallway. Ice out of order. Room carpet was damp and sticky. Torn curtain blinds we had to hold together with paper clips. Nice place but they have been to cheap to update, repair or deep clean it over the past six years I’ve been staying.

Breakfast was ok. Not great but ok. The bed was clean and the shower was good.

I could have had a room on the first floor. And the carpet wasn't clean. I found three thorns in the carpet with my feet. Not good. there was very little water pressure at the bathroom sink.

I presented to the hotel, easy access. Austin greeted me took my information gave me my room number and also gave me directions to the room. He was very courteous and helpful. The facility itself is very clean while little parking area. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The showerhead could have used some repair as well as the faucet in the bathroom. There is also a venting noise from the air conditioner. Both of these are tolerable.
