Swimming pool with hot water. Staffs are fast response. Bfast is fair, they have a good donut ever.

The room is so spacious and super clean. I ordered extra blanket, they give me immediately. Check-in process was very easy too.Breakfast with so many options, it's like a festival! and all foods are very tasty. Swimming pool with 30degrees stay warm during cold wheather in Bandung. Kids enjoyed the pool so much!

The hotel was too packed during weekend, we have to go to another restaurant for breakfast but the staff there was unfriendly. They cant find our data, and didnt allow us to enter the chinese restaurant where they have back up for breakfast venue. The staffs were not so attentive.

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, we had a balcony facing the swimming pool too. My kids went swimming several times during our 2 nights stay. The pool was big and the water was warm so my kids didn't get too cold since it was rainy season that time. The equipment and the size of the gym was also sufficient. The hotel has a lush green garden, we had exciting family photo session with a photographer there.

The cleanliness is great, service is fast and the staff is very friendly. if you are looking for a quiet place in Bandung, this could be one of your top choices

Breakfast is average, many selections but the taste could be improved. Got the 550 room and should have walked long from the elevator, if you carried a heavy bag or had many hand carry it would be bothersome

Pools quite large and clean, when swimming in the morning not feel very cold, cause the water is warm. Location is very goods. Parking also convenient. Staff are welcome, helpful and very polite Over All I think it is good.

For Breakfast not very much variants especially for Vegetarians, only few menu. Fruits also only few items. Rooms quite good but need to renovate cause some parts are already old. Bedrooms accessories maybe need to check, cause some are already old. One more, the entertain in room still need to upgrade for more channels. Sound proofs in rooms still need to be increased.

The bathroom drain trap smelled a bit bad which we informed the front desk about. They can give more amenities like lotion or small snacks in the room also. but otherwise pretty good hotel.

The room was pleasant, and breakfast was filling :)

The iron and hairdryer was a little old, could use an upgrade to them. The plugs on the TV console were old too and the board holding the plug fell off when I tried to plug the iron in, so in the end I have to use other plug at the table.

We like the warm water pool and of course the morning view from our balcony.

We stayed at the weekend so we got trapped in traffic jam when we go to the hotel or when we wanted go outside. And 1 more thing, the restaurant staff not so warm welcome us when we had breakfast, I don’t know it was crowded at that time or their habbit. Because at the second day we had breakfast, they act the same. Please guys, be more humble to your guest. Work with your heart. Thanks

The facilities, especially the gym. It is quiet and very good place for escaping from the daily hustle and bustle. I also got free upgrade on the room with balcony. Thank you very much for the upgrade.

the bar and restaurant shut a little early. it was hard to get a drink in the bar beyond around 9pm
