The location is a bit of a distance from the city centre but easily accessible by trams (14). The Navigli area is easy walk approximately 15 minutes. The hotel itself is very arty which is a great experience. Breakfast was great get in early so that there is more variety. The bar staff went above expectations when asked for a specific drink could not have it on the first night I asked but succeeded on the following night thank you 😋 All staff very helpful Flavoured water available when not all gone. Lemon flavoured ice very nice at reception.

Can be a bit noisy from the music on the roof top but otherwise all great.

We had asked for a silent room, so we were given one. The hotel has a rather post modern design in corridors and rooms. There was a coffee maker and electric kettle inside the room. The breakfast and its variety of coffee, juices, meals, and fruits was fantastic and second to none. The staff were very friendly and polite. Simon is an awesome guy who helped fix the problem we had on the first night with the heating because we felt cold. Also Francesca at the reception was a very helpful and kind person who helped accommodate us after the check out time since I got terribly sick toward the end of our stay. Both Simon and Francesca are golden. 🥰

Whether or not it’s the hotel policy, the heating temperature is not enough for a room with very tall ceiling. It should be increased at this time of the year. Also, we could hear other guests shutting the door around us. Probably the hotel can use door stops that helps reduce the shutting sound.

Loved the new receptionist (blonde new guy, I guess was Marco, unfortunately I cannot remember the name, he mentioned to me he spent some time in UK ) however, he had a great professional can do attitude that stood out of the crowd. Please send my regards to ‘Marco” if that’s he’s name and please rest assured that will be back more often to stay with you, great place and great customer experience. I hope to see him in a month time when I’m planning to be back, might be with work this time!

Unfortunately, two of the ladies at the reception were providing the opposite level of service that “Marco” had, and slightly different attitude and approach at the moment of check in, but everyone else was absolutely amazing!

The pool and terrace were amazing. Although I believe they close them sometimes for functions so do check. Each floor had weird and fun themes in the hallways which was interesting and the foyer and even the car park was fun. The staff were brilliant and told us which public transport to use to get into town which was simple, and there are some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance if you go straight forward then left at the big roundabout.

We were told to book the beds at a high cost, luckily we didn't as you can just use them for free if they are empty or sit on a chair if not.

The room was fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It was simply amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim or just lounging by the water. What really made my stay exceptional was the staff. The personnel were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

One minor issue was that some guests would reserve chairs by the pool, leaving their belongings there for hours without actually using them. This made it difficult for others to find a spot, which was a bit frustrating

I previously stayed in Nhow London and really loved it. Planning a trip to Milan and saw they had a hotel located in the city. The hotel itself is well located in the fashion district, walking distance to tram line that takes you anywhere in the city. Milan in August was hot, hot, hot at 30-34 degrees so having access to the Gravity Rooftop pool was bliss. The hotel is full of art installs and instagrammable moments. I used the well equipped gym too. Breakfast in the hotel is 20/10 for choice, quality and a great start to the day in the bright dining room. Room size was good and had everything I needed, comfortable bed, safe etc and lovely bright, fresh decor. The staff at NHow are friendly, fun and welcoming 20/10 for customer experience. I would absolutely r re commend thd hotel for your stay in Milan.

Nothing I loved it all

Staff were lovely especially Manuel (the only Italian to speak with an Essex accent) and very helpful. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfy especially the pillows. The room had a nice shower and lots of nice features such as slippers and a notepad etc. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were reasons why we booked it but sadly we saw neither. It has distinct, funky look which we liked.

First of all, the location was out of the centre which was fine but it isn't walkable to the centre so other means of transport are needed. My main gripe is that the swimming pool closes at 6. Why?! Italy in early September is still very warm and still light until at least 8. I would be interested to hear the hotel's reasons as to why the pool closes so early. Also, I am not sure quite how much value you get for your money. It's nice but pricey (could be because it is in Milan.)

The people at the front desk were very nice. When we checked in the woman at the desk mentioned a DJ at the roof bar and when I told her I preferred sleeping she upgraded our room for free with a bigger bed. They also were very quick to answer questions.

We were encouraged to do things via the website/app but when we ordered room service it didn't work correctly (they texted they would shortly confirm our order but it was never confirmed). We waited 45 minutes before calling the front desk and then waited another 45 minutes for just two salads so an hour and a half in total.

We had a fabulous experience at NHow Milano, a stunning design and artistic hotel located in the heart of the art and fashion district, just a 10-minute walk from the Navigli area. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of visually appealing and tasty options, including a delightful strawberry corner with treats like chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry mousse, and more. The staff surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite with a jacuzzi when they learned it was my birthday. They even gifted me a box of special design chocolates. This level of customer service truly created a "Wow" effect! A special thanks to Manuele, Giacomo, and Sofia for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely recommend NHow Milano to our friends and community. Thank you!

The hotel looks like a contemporary art museum. Very distinctive and memorable vibe. Staff is excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet, with good quality bed. Breakfast is high quality with a lot of choices. Great facilities for business events.

The place feels a tad overpriced for the location, which is quite far from the center of Milan and not that convenient to reach via public transport, so a great place for business meetings and conferences, but not so much for regular tourists. The bathroom was a bit disappointing. Design of the bathtub is kind of inconvenient, with the faucet controls out of reach from the ceiling showerhead. Also, no bidet, which is unusual for a hotel in Italy (despite there being plenty of space available in the bathroom area).
