Great hotel with superb service! All of the employees were amazing but Jessica really went above and beyond, welcoming us and making us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again!!

No elevator for second floor but they accommodated.

Right upon arrival Jo at the front desk set the stage for an amazing visit. Her gold star customer service and warm demeanor made my friend and I excited for our stay. Jo walked us through all of the amenities (lots of them), gave us excellent tips and recommendations for our time there, and overall made it feel like we were right at home. She consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable - from giving us delicious drinks, to making sure we had enough towels, and comfy pillows. Additionally, the location of this hotel is wonderful and fairly centrally located. Calle Loiza is a block away and has lots of great restaurants and shops. Walgreens was less than a 10 minute walk away which was a huge plus! Not to mention being 5 minutes away from the beach… and the hotel provides beach towels and chairs which was so handy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our rooms clean and were very friendly anytime we saw them, and the room we had was very, very comfortable. My stay here was a dream and I absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

Friendly staff and a very good restaurant attached. We had a lot of luggage due to next day flight and they were accommodating by making room change to ground floor since they do not have elevators for the top floors. The receptionist did this room change without us even asking and we were thankful. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved a looping video on tv of birds that was playing when we got in room. So relaxing!

Not family friendly hotel. I was told that bc they do not use harsh chemicals to clean towels that there will be an additional charge for stained towels. With a kid it was nerve racking although we are not used to eating in the room. According to our barefoot the floor was not completely clean as it appeared. I think they need rugs to wipe feet in front of doors or one inside room. It rained before we got there and our shoes brought into room a lot of water. The restaurant although has absolutely delicious food did not offer kids menu. We thought it was a family friendly location because of several other feed back and perhaps mentioned on their website (not sure now) but we realized that it is not for families with young children perhaps for older kids like teens.

The location was very convenient. It was 10 minute away from everything. The uber rides was really cheap . Nice boho vibes . My stay was delightful. They went above an beyond for my birthday. I added the birthday package and I was amazed at the decor. The whole front desk staff was so welcoming and eager to help me find good places to go for my birthday!! Keep up the good work .

The only thing I did not like is the $25 per unit for make up stains anywhere .I don’t where makeup, but my friend does . I had to ask my friend to go purchase her own towels to make sure she does don’t get makeup in there towels or in the sink .

I would absolutely recommend this place. We were greeted by such friendly and enthusiastic staff and everyone was great during our entire stay. I loved that we got free beach chairs (nice Tommy Bahama chairs!) and towels each day and the beach was so close. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The entire hotel and room were comfortable, clean, and felt very relaxing. There are good restaurants within walking distance, but an Uber to Condado was always fast and cheap. I would stay here again!!

I like that it located right next to the beach there was literally a restaurant in the hotel and that the rooms were spacious clean and comfy. The staff were AMAZING very friendly and always willing to help and give suggestions!

The outlets were controlled by the lights. it can be a little noisy on the first floor due to the traffic but not anything that last for a long period of time

excellent location a block from the beach and a block from a restaurant strip. very comfortable bed and pillows. very clean. extremely helpful front desk staff. nice to have free towels chairs and umbrellas to bring to beach spacious room and nice common courtyard

the lobby coffee is poor and the restaurant/ coffee shop on premises wasn’t open til Wednesday. our room was low on natural light.

The service and staff were incredible! The hotel also felt very safe. The restaurant located there was delicious and the bartenders super friendly. Also loved the short distance to the beach + the hotel’s free access to beach chairs/ towels. The area around the hotel had lots of options for food and drink which made our stay even easier.

I loved everything about this stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and every person who works in the hotel is fantastic. The restaurant on site (it is not the hotel, it is a separate entity, even tho it is physically part of the hotel) has wonderful food and cocktails and the bartenders are really nice. A couple of things to note: You can park in the parking lot without using valet. You just have to be let in and it is right around the corner. We just used the valet. The beach is about 2 blocks away. The hotel will give you a beach chair and towel in the lobby that you can use at the beach. The beach is big and lovely. Free coffee starting at 6:00 AM (yay!), snacks in a machine and flavored water in the lobby. Lots of cute spaces to relax or work (I was working remotely on this trip) and wifi speeds were great. There was some noise in the evening but I always travel with earbuds so it was manageable. The courtyard got a bit noisy at night but didn't bother me. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the additional safety of the locked front doors! (you swipe your key to get in). Again, GREAT STAFF. 100%

Nothing, I loved everything about this stay. I can't think of anything I would change.
