I didn't like the 2 lady in reception.. they let me wait long time for check out ... This is like not respect guest

the location the facilities the room garden view and the best was Mr Edrian in the reception who knows professionally how to deal with the customers needs

the housekeeping quality really was bad inside the room, I think cleaning supervision has to be reviewed in-order to bring up the hotel rate and the room floor carpet is very dirty where many spots are there!

Staff behaviour, we were greeted extremely well upon arrival by the front office, as it was our anniversary, they offered us free upgrade to an executive suite without charge, we had mentioned in our booking regarding our special day and when we entered the room was already decorated with extra amenities provided as complimentary which made our stay even more special, It's a family friendly hotel, we loved the ambience, even though there are certain changes required the staff are still willing to help you with alternate solutions. We will totally recommend. It was an exemplary experience.

The time of the swimming pool was 6am-6pm before when we checked in until 10pm. the swimming pool. we still wanted to go swimming so we checked in and then we could only go swimming until 6pm.. 9pm We checked in because we had just left work when we got to the reception they said the room I had booked on Booking.Com was no longer available so I paid an additional 50 Riyal because we were given a different room rate.. 129 only the booking.com one when we arrived at the reception is 180.. it's disappointing if we don't have enough or just the right amount of money how can we avail a room???

Everything good, reception, house keeping, restaurant, swimming pool and security all staff very good. Recommended for family stay.

Swimming pool closing 9:00 pm should be better if extended till 11:00 pm

I love our spacious room and the garden view from our room. The pool had warm water and very clean.

I expected housekeeping to have kept extra towels and so in the room so we didn’t have to call for each item. Kinda hoped they fixed their jacuzzi as it was not working. I didn’t find sauna or steam room either. No pool towels either we were dripping our way back to the room. The room was not soundproof so we can hear if someone is outside our door and talking or passing by which was annoying.

The hotel is very clean starting from entrance (reception) it's extremely amazing the way it's arranged professionally,the staffs are very friendly,the Fo 2 ladies they are very kind and honest,2 laggage boys every helpful, rooms attendant very cooperative when it's comes for request,they do deliver very fast ,

Actually it's not l didn't like it, because it was self explanatory,lt took some time to get our room ready,but we were prepared in mind earlier with the 2 reception ladies that the hotel was busy and rooms was back to back that's was the reason and to be honest the answer was genuine, because we witnessed that.

I am impressed with how Jessica at the reception tried to help me with my queries. And also kudos to Kandar the porter who've helped us with my stuff. Both are amazing and deserve a tap on the back....

The only downfall is the other recep personnel Ravi or Rabi not sure, he is kinda condescending on how he dealt with me. Please note it was my birthday celebration on the day of my stay qnd expected some of my friends to visit so we can celebrate together. I tried to keep my calm but his tone of voice is unacceptable I was unsure of how many friends will come but around 10 or less I said and he said to me "how many guest are you expecting 50 or what? He even asked for 500 QAR for deposit which is a shocker since my friends and I always celebrate here in your Hotel during Christmas, birthdays etc. Just check on him since he is a representatuon of your hotel. I dont need anything just hoping he will not do this to other customers.

Sleeping quality was good despite the music after midnight from the pub at the mezzaine floor. We were at 5th floor. Kitchen facilities were clean and complete to self dine. There is a grocery store just next door to the hotel. Under groud parking is safe and has plenty of space. 8-10 minutes to Doha Cornish by car.

The music after the midnight from the pub at mezzaine floor. Not enough TV channels in English, only 2 channels. It would be nice if they would add a Turkish broadcasting TV channel. Our room was no 05 at the corner of the building which was triangle shaped. Water pressure was not very good.
