Very Luxurious and high-quality apartment. I totally recommend. We are Indian family, came here for weekend gateway. There is no hotel vibe. It's an apartment in huge building. Nobody in the building knows your arrival. Before arriving please memorize apartment and floor number, it is important, to avoid rudeness of security guy, more in cons below. Nearby Lulu hypermarket Peaceful Great for family Luxury Luxury Luxury Luxury …. :-) Cons: Parking and reception: There is no smiling reception, the reception/security is of building who don’t know what is "Home Luxury apartment". When I arrive there, they asked apt number? by the time I opened phone and checked apt number, the security guy kind of got impatient and rude. When I gave apt number to security guy, he said I will show you the parking and I drove him in basement and believe me the parking is worst corner, nobody can park it unless to go and forth million times. This time I got upset and said no way, then security guard took me to open visitors parking. Note 100's parking were available in basement and visitors parking. But… Anyways, I hate to deduct 1 star for this, but I must make fellow customers aware. Following are small cons doesn’t deserve any star deduction, but good to know… -No much eateries nearby (A vehicle is must) -There is a TV, but no subscriptions to Netflix etc. So when you sign in remember to sign out. -The name "The Home Luxury Apts" doesn’t exists in google maps, but the contact person on phone is very helpful. Overall fantastic stay.

Service of security

La Villa Inn is a perfect hotel because you feel like you're just at home . It's very inconvenient due to complete kitchen tools.

I didn't like the staff who accommodated us in the reception, I didn't get her name, but it's around 3 pm on March 26 it's a lady. I was the first one who came, but she entertained 2 customers. It should be a first come, first serve basis, I didn't complain that time I just wait until she accommodate me but I told her that I really need to check in since I've been waiting for how many minutes. After that when I was in the room I ask her if we can request for tissue and bottle water and she ask me back if we don't have bottle water like she didn't believe in me then I said yes we don't have. I have been booking in this hotel and I never experience like this before. She's very unprofessional.

The staff are nice they let me check in at 12:00 with no additional charge

I love the room and everything inside it was ohk for the money i paid for and the staffs both night and morning shifts were soo calm, polite and knows how to communicate.

I ordered for double bed when i booked the service but on my arrival I was given two separate beds which wasn't comfortable for me and my guest. We all supported to combine them together before we can sleep. Also the bedsheets has some sent on it which i didn't like it.

Two of their staff members are exceptionally professional, One is Mr Siva at reception. He is really an asset for this entity. He is kind, humble and fantabulous in customer service. The management should really retain such kind of employees. There is a lady in housekeeping department name Buena, she is also extremely professional and kind.

It is worth mentioning that management is conscious about the feedback and they resolved all issues which I faced during my last stay. Appreciate the prompt and professional action taken by Resident Manager (Mr. Mohammed Frahat) in resolving all the short coming faced by me during last stay. The staff is courteous and it's best option overall for solo business travellers.

The Fire fighting system is quite sensitive and if any of the guests doesn't follow proper handling of exhaust hood then fire alarm buzz. This false alarm may be disturbing. However, management is aware about the situation and working on it to resolve the same

The building is old, the only problem is there is too much of traffic in front of the hotel because of the Souq Haraj. I took an apartment that faces the other side and was on top floor, so I was not affected by the noise of the vehicles. The staffs are very friendly and they will clean your room every two days. The TV is smart tv, however, it only has local channels, I connected my firestick for watching my favourite shows. The Wi-Fi only lets you connect only three devices at a time. The building is old, so there are signs of wear and tear. By the time I was leaving, they were replacing all the air conditioners so if you are planning your stay then you will get the rooms with new AC. The metro station is nearly 400m (I never used it though). Drinking water is not provided, but there are stores nearby from where you can. I don't recommend the Bangladeshi resturant near to the hotel, better you order from Talabat and they will deliver to your door. You have nice kitchen with all the things you need to cook if you are interested.

The balcony is not usable as they place outdoor units for the AC there and there will be birds. Do manage not to step on the bird poop.

To be honest, I had a memorable stay at La Villa Inn Hotel Apartments. The Staff were so amazing, and I had everything at the apartment. I strongly recommend that place.

I would love to kindly advice them if they could pay attention to the fire alarm system. It kept buzzing so made me scared.

The security and reception staff were kind and cooperative.

When I booked the room through booking, I called the hotel from abroad and asked for a booking confirmation, the lady in the reservation told me that the hotel doesn't provide a booking confirmation and asked me to download the confirmation from Booking website, and when I did I had a big issue due to this action. but when I reached the manager of the hotel and complained this to him, I received the booking confirmation immediately.

The apartment was spacious with a separate dining area . all the kitchenette was available as described in the website. Front office staffs are nice. I like the stay.

the way to basement parking for SUV is so tight .Its like a driving test .pay attention while driving in between pillars.
